Booked IPhone 13 for my wife’s birthday and one for myself too. Vineeth and his entire team put all their effort to ensure the high demand is fulfilled on date. They even had to step out of store and make a request at the hub to ensure customer is receiving the gift on her birthday. Truly commendable. We hardly get to see this type of customer service. And the surprising part is they even got a cake for us as the iPhone delivery was made on the birthday. Features, benefits, pricing was explained very well to each and every customer with same dignity and patience. Good job guys.

One of the best places for you Apple needs in this part of the town. I have always had a positive experience with these folks. The staff is quiet professional, courteous and supportive. They share details about the add-ons but have never been pushy. They are also prompt in response over phone and follow up politely if you leave them with a request for your requirements.I had an positive experience related to a recent purchase where they kept the store open beyond its normal business hours to address my concerns. I reached their store 10 minutes past their closing time and they addressed my concern to my satisfaction over the next 30 minutes despite being late in the night and past their business hours.

Clean , well maintained store. Great service by Irfan in arranging for my watch to be brought from the warehouse to the store as it was out of stock at most outlets I contacted.Special shouted out to Arman who set my watch up for me. Very clear, clean instructions and no unnecessary talk . I asked him a question about the product and he wasn’t sure about the answer.. he made sure he checked with someone who knew the answer and only then confirmed with me. I appreciate this quality .. instead of promising something just for the sake of a sale and then being let down.He also managed to get me a discount on the insurance .. without even me asking.Thank you again for a great experience!

I had very bad experience , i had purchased Ear pods in July 21 and after few days it stopped charging , when i went back to them they said there is some technical issues and asked me for the invoice i showed them, they said the warranty will expire in 17 days , i was shocked and told it was purchased in July 21 , so i should have at least another 10 months warranty pending , and showed my payment details and than they realized they could not deny the sale and told there was some issue with billing team they have updated wrongly , i said how is it possible , it is completely done by top most care and they cant do such mistake , and than i understood that warranty can expire only if someone has opened the box before i bought a year ago , so they sold me a product which was already may be used or refurbished , and replacement was declined to me and i did not use the ear pod even for 15-20 days and had lose 14k , so any one plan purchasing products from this store , please make sure you check all kinds of details before you pay them and leave the store ,

This is one of the best stores this side of the Bangalore and it is the staffs that makes it the best. I visited the store one day to check about the details and price about Macbook Air. Vineeth was the staff who helped me with all the details that was required to be known about the laptop and the payment. He made the procedures so smooth that I ended up buying, the laptop, a mouse and the airpods pro. I am going back again for the phone and the watch.😬You give your number and ask them to update about a certain product they are so professional that they would certainly return the call or in some cases call you multiple times to get things going from their end. He went an extra mile to let me know details that were not pertaining to the Apple products. Another best thing about the staff here is, they are not pushy which is a great advantage for me. Order 587548Had purchased iphone 12 online and it was delivered by iplanet Ramaiah hospital road BangaloreAs per offer, using HDFC credit card, I was supposed to get cash back. Upon waiting for 4 months and enquiring endlessly came to know that there is an option that user need to choose inspite of using credit card as per offer. I was told that, cash back will not be processed now. No where option choosen was clearly mentioned as cash back not availed than just payment as credit card.HDFC Bank urged all users to get mail confirmation on cash back before using the option else will end up in same situation.Please exercise caution with iplanet online purchase. Experienced extremely bad service from iplanet.One star is sort of more for my experience with iplanet

Not satisfied, they fool the people by not disclosing the price correctly. E.g: the tablet, pen and keyboard were kept together with one price. When enquired, they say that we should pay separately for pen and keyboard.Its good if they mention the amount correctly at the display.
