Very poor quality , the workers in the shop are not professional at all . They stole all the screw and didn’t even do the work properly. Very bad staff and they dont care about your stuff

The service is excellent but the service charges is high but I am completely satisfied with their work.The problem in my laptop is that whenever i start its processing speed is very slow , it takes too much time 4 to 5 minutes during starting ...so, I was visited there place and they told me its a hard disk problem . So they fitted externally SSD (Solid state drive) 250gb A2000 hard disk and then my laptop is 20x faster than before.

Guys,I do recommend this place for one stop solution for any of your laptop desktop issues.I was facing booting issue and blue screen error and not having bootable device to reinstall the OS. I was recommended to upgrade along with external cashing of my existing drive and here I made it done in less than 3hrs (new ssd installation, set up of OS and Ms & drivers).Due to current demand I was not 100% happy about the SSD cost what they have charged but on spot service they are spot on. The shop is exclusively for laptop, computers and printer repairs. They do not handle peripherals or generic repair. I had visited the store for a very minor keyboard issue and the conversation I had with the person at the store indicated a narrow understanding on their part and inflexibility. Hence the okay rating.From my conversation with other customers at the store, and from the look of the store itself, they are well equipped for handling laptop issues.

I have my laptop bios issue long back. They resolved my issue with in 5 hours. Service charge is bit high but I am completely satisfied with their service. During covid they are even providing pickup and drop service at your door step.

I had given my dell laptop to fix the power button. they asked hefty price for temporary fix. Then I told them not to fix anything and I went and collected my laptop. These cheaters disconnected the power cord with the trimmer and gave me the Laptop so that i can not repair it anywhere. Fortunately i took the snap of that part Just before handover the laptop with them. When I checked with them they said we did not open at all. Never ever Service your laptop and other gadgets with these guys. I have attached the photo here. They disconnected green colour one which screwed with the power button and gave it back.

Where is my hard disc? You guys stole the hard disk of my all in one pc and cheated me. I never thought you would steal the hard disc. Bunch of robbers. If you wanted money, I would have given you. Now all my files are lost. Never give your devices here. They steal things from it and you will not even notice it.

Bad service. I did ask questions online but they have simply asked to come to the place with defect items. After going there, they did nothing and said they wont do sevice of router without warrant. If thats case, they should have told me to my questions that they wont repair without warrant. Why they need warranty when they are not authorised service center? For new power adapter, they were quoting double the price of online which also not available with them

Good service, I got repaired my canon printer, which was unable to fix by actual canon service center.

I had the worst experience. They spoiled my laptops touchpad and wifi. Think twice before visiting and giving your asset to them. They took Rs.4000 for faulty display and in return, they spoiled my wifi and touchpad.
