Please dont go to this place. The owner convince you that hell give you original product. Then hell take your laptop along with 70-80% as advance, latter hell call you and will inform you that hell be able to give 2nd quality product just 100-200 below the original product price. Then if we dont repair laptop from him hell charge you for doing nothing and Im seriously doubted that he may taken my laptop components. Hell give you product that you can purchase from sp road for half of its price that he quotes. Ive called 20-30 times to get my cash back and he charged more than that he says. The Shop itself is a cheating place.

Its a waste of time and money going to this place. I went to this place for hard disk repair. First of all they dont know when their technician will be available as they gave time to visit all 3 times and their technician was not present. And on 4th time when technician was there he asked for 150Rs for just opening the hardDisk and then will let me know what the problem is. So after opening hardDisk he simply told that hard disk is not getting detected (which I already knew) and he will not be able to fix it.Then I asked for charges then owner asked for 200Rs for nothing. Do not go there.

I went to take hospital bills Xerox in Sai Ramana services. I have given all the original bills to them in well structured manner. After Xerox process is completed they have given originals and xerox copies in unstructured manner. There were totally greater than 20 papers. I just counted the papers of originals and xerox copies but I didnt compare each and every paper of originals and xerox copies. Count was equal so I thought everything fine and all were there. After payment was done I came back to home and started put them in order. I have put them in order and I have compared both originals and xerox copies. In 1 hospital bill there should have totally 2 pages. In first page it is showing page 1 of 2 for that page xerox copy is there. But page 2 of 2 is not there both original and xerox copies were missed. This second page is important page because in 2nd page only final bill will be there. So I went back to Sai Ramana services and I have asked them. They told like here no paper is there. Again I have asked them to check once again they told same thing. I found one torn paper on the table they torn it to 2 piece in one piece 70% is there in another one 30% is there. Is it irresponsibility or not? Yes its definitely irresponsibility of them. But they have argued with me like customer needs to check everything. Okay we can check but it is possible when both copies are in order but they mixed up all. To check by comparing each one it took nearly 30 mins. Is it necessary to waste that time because of their mistakes.NOTE to the OWNER: I wrote this review not to spoil your business but to intimate you about quality standards of your services. Try to standardise your services then people wants to come again and again. IF I HAVE SEEN POSITIVE REPLAY OF OWNER HERE THEN I WILL DELETE THIS REVIEW. Dont try to make as its my mistake there is no use.Thanks..
