I do have a very rare lenovo x131 mini laptop and its very rare piece in India. The laptop keyboard was heavily malfunctioning and need a replacement. I tried best possible way to get it from Chikpet to Chandni Chowk, but I never get a positive feedback from anyone, then I thought that I need to scrap the laptop as I am not able to use it, so I am trying to connect several stores and getting laptop price, as the model that I am looking is not on any online store. I called Sai Laptop to get the price and the attendee told that they repair laptop not selling anything new. I was about to hangup but Suddenly I asked if he can help me to fixed my laptop keyboard. The guy on the phone told me that he can try but he is not sure about the availability, I confirmed that if it is available then I will fix this. After a week I got a call from Sai laptop and they told that they found a new keyboard for my laptop and I can come anyday and fix the issue. So eventually it was fixed and I am currently using my lovely device.The responsibility that they have taken is just awesome and really appreciable.

I really had a bad time working on my personal laptop during lockdown. My keyboard wasnt working and the system was too slow. I showed it to Laptop Service @ GBS in Neeladri Nagar. They didnt even check any thing on the laptop and quoted me 7800 for Keyboard and SSD Upgrade. But I thought RAM upgrade will make the system faster. So just for a second opinion I took it to Sai Laptop Service. They completely checked the keyboard infront of me, reseated the cables and made sure the the issue is with the keyboard. They also clarified my doubt about upgrading the RAM over SSD Migration. Then I understood the reason behind it. They quoted only 6000, replaced the keyboard and SSD infront of me within 30 minutes my slow system became superfast. After ssd migration they also helped me to use the old hdd as secondary by replacing the DVD drive slot into a Media Device. Now it takes only 10 Seconds to get to the Desktop. Im extremely happy about the Service experience and Technical knowledge of the people out there. I would really recommend them to all my friends and family for any future service. Thanks a lot Guys!

I visited Sai Laptop Service center y/day. One of my laptop is old and had only 4gb RAM, very slow. This center suggested me to replace the HDD with SSD that solved the slowness, originally went for RAM upgrade which wont have solved my slowness. During this process, I noticed there is no sales pitch, no pushing towards getting something done. Got the GST bill, genuine part from the OEM replaced. Im happy to visit this center again if I need any laptop service center.

Used duplicate keyboard for replacement and many of the keys are not working properly. There is huge bump at one end, I asked the guy to fix that, he denied it saying thats the way it is. The keyboard is defective and continuously adds 7s when I type. Edit: The whole num pad stopped working. I wanted to know why was the defected part used in the first place. Its a big in inconvenience to come to service center again just to get refund especially during this pandemic situation. Plus, Im not in the city currently. So my money is gone thats for sure.

Quick fix for my laptop os installation issue. Charged reasonably. I recommend it.Prior to that, I went to another service center where they were unable to resolve.

I order a laptop charger but they gave duplicate. I gave 3 Star because the service provider is very honest and after I complained about charger he returned my miney back. Very trustworthy. You can return your products immediately if you are not satisfied.

Best laptop service center, i have ever visited in Electronic city. i recently visited this laptop service center for Hinges issue. Before visiting here I visited 2 more service centers. One was Laptop Service @ Gbs and Laptop Store who are misguiding customers as Dell and Hp Authorised which they are not. They quoted me 7600 in GBS and 8500 @ laptop store. Just for 2nd opinion i checked with Sai laptop Service. They checked the laptop imfront of me and quoted only 1800 for Hinge replacement. Now the laptop os working fine. I would really recommend my friends and collegues to this Laptop Service Center without any doubt.

Good place will definitely recommend . Went to replace my laptop adaptor (toshiba) . Initially contacted the number in the afternoon regarding availability, followed it up with sharing part details via whatsapp they said it would be available by 5.PM same day. Service Person contacted me that part is available at 4:30. Went to collect it at 5:30. He even replaced the cord for free saying that the one in the box is not too good.
