Good service and good quality

Gave my cpu 2 weeks back. They didnt even monitor the cpu properly and came to a conclusion saying that theirs fault with the cpu capacitor. And after 2 weeks (which usually takes 3 days maximum to fix it), when i approached them for my cpu, they say theres a problem with the motherboard and we cant do anything. I was like what the.....? Theyll just waste your time. Eventually i had to take back my cpu unfixed. Thanks to them for wasting my precious 2 weeks. Unprofessional unskilled staffs. Please dont get serviced from this centre if you want your equipments to be in a pristine condition. Lame people lame work lame excuses. Totally disappointed.

Gave a written list and of items to do, but handled half of it and did not do the rest. Took the entire payment though. So no attention to detail, no commitment, no pride in their own work. The man who came to deliver the laptop back, fudged the bill and tried to gyp me off 50 bucks. So the usual cheap stunt that one has come to expect from most Indian vendors in this category. The plus is that he offers home pickup and drop...at a price, though. Net net...there must be a better place!!??

Visited for printer repair. Was quite happy that he solved the problem. But, later ended up in same issue. This time, I could solve it myself by searchingyoutube. The procedure was simple and doesnt cost us Rs.20 but I was charged Rs.550 for the same.Though they are knowledgable, the charges shouldnt be exuberant.

Limited spares available here, price are good.
