They charged him 2500rs and took 2days 🤣.Again I went with my tab which is not at all ON after multiple tries. They asked me 1000rs to check it. I didnt give my tab thereafter listening for price.Again I went with my old lap to check and to know what happen they asked me 5000rs. I stop to go to that shop itself 🤣🤣🤣

Giving it 1star since this is the lowest and google set 1 as the minimum limit. He is extremely pricey and doesn’t know his craft (not the best at it). I the two of the biggest mistakes i made in life are buying an asus laptop and going to this place to get help, ironically it was more harm than good. My experience was not at all good(yours’ can be better) . Just note that his 10 minutes take longer time than it takes for my crush to reply(feels like forever, he told me 30+10 minutes and i ended up staying for a good 3-4 hrs) . All in all i would not recommend it altho its your money and its upto you. I am never gonna go back there though

I had a problem with my dell Inspiron 15 3000 series had a chipset issue ...and got it rectified and yeah its working pretty good give them time to ready if you give it by morning you can expect it by evening 3.00 to 4.00....

It needed to get my laptop hinges fixed during the pandemic. The shop was opened just for my sake and fixed in just an hour while I was waiting. Professional service was provided. The welding of the hinges seems fine for now. Thank you Sharief.

Unprofessional service. I called them to repair my keyboard, they agreed to repair and asked me to give them the keyboard. I went and gave it to them and they told me to comeback after seven eight hours. Once I visited them in the evening they told the keyboard couldnt be repaired. What I found after coming home is they didnt even open the keyboard. Most probably they forgot about that all together and once saw me they just wanted to get rid of me and told me it could not be repaired

I had a terrible experience. My laptop display was flickering. Initially I told them it must be the display cable fault. They said its screen issue and display has to be replaced. I paid for the display and got it changed. In few days, display again started flickering. Now they blamed at the display cable and asked for additional charge. I will went ahead and give them my laptop, they replaced it with a different used screen without my knowledge and didnt inform me. When I fought with them, they said it is only till the display cable will be replaced. I was still patient, and got the display cable replaced and made sure they put brand new screen. I was relieved that everything is over but as soon as I went home I saw that webcam is not working. When I went back, they fought with me that it must not have been working before and basically did not take the blame. So unprofessional and unbelievable. I wasted 10k and 4 months on something that could have been done in less than 2k. Unbelievable.

Main boss has sweet voice to show himself and his shop is best. I went just to repair my laptop power to motherboard joining cable.they opened laptop and said problem in motherboard and repairable cost 3k. I didnt had money so i asked to pack.that sweet looking viper start saying its not garauntee we will pack best..now ur motherboard may be not repairable..they even didnt give me chance to say my problem.. and in 2 hr they repaird alot.and i had 1700 i gave..laptop was working there then i returned..result is amazing.. they conected my power to motherboard supply wire which is now broken up.. they r just money digger never go there !! U can see before and after in pic.. and he thinks he knows everything🙉Money gone a good lession for me

Worst possible repair done by these guys, forsimple display cover issue they charge 1700 and once it is done and I took my laptop and went home, the mic was not working, one shop owner tells you software issue, we have to install the OS, and other shop owner told me wire was minute, but it was already damaged, it was not done by them while repairing my first probelm, now I get the reason why they are former authorised service provider of dell, please guys do not visit this service center. along with this,in display screen they have put some kind of glue, but as per them it was there before, it was not done by then, I made a mistake of visiting them.

Based on my repair visit,I strongly suggest not to visit.Plz go for other service center.No proper repair done.

They delay the service. I had to replace harddisk. Time taken for tte service is 2 days. But the promised time is half day. You should keep calling and asking them to prioritise to get speed the delivery process. Staff is good. Apart from late delivery service, rest of the things were fine.

The owner of the shop is very rude, he doesn’t know how to talk. Three days he kept my laptop and I kept calling and asking about my laptop that what is the problem. He kept saying, we are working on it. When I called him again and again to enquire , he started cutting my call. After that when I went to ask for my laptop back he told me to pay 500 rs analysing charge for which he never mentioned when I gave my laptop and he gave me a confirmation slip.He wasted my 2 hours in giving my laptop and was talking very very rudely. He called his buddies when I refused to pay the money.Totally waste of time and money. Not recommended to anyone.

Worst customer service. The owner misbehaving with customers. He kept my laptop for 2 months for motherboard replacement. After several visits to his shop he confirmed to me that he has replaced the motherboard but when I went to collect the laptop he again said the it will take 03 hrs to get the laptop. Next day he returned my laptop without repair. He argued a lot with me. After checking with other repair shop I found that they changed my hdd and RAM. NOT RECOMMENDED TO VISIT TO HIS SHOP. One star given only because I am unable to post without one star.

Its the WORST computer repair shop ive even been to! Please dont go for any kind of work. My experience is of 24th march 17, I gave my macbook air 13 for repair. The problem was slow functioning of the device because it fell in water. They told me an estimated cost of 2500 for repair and I gave my laptop. They told me it will be ready by the evening and theyll call me. Nobody called till 9 pm and when i called no body picked up.The next day I called them up in the after noon they told me theyll call me back in 5 mins and tell. Nobody called. I called back at 6 , again, 5 mins! Nobody called back AGAIN.Then today when i called they told me its ready, i went to the shop and the only mistake i did is i payed before checking! They just changed the OS, NOTHING ELSE. They changed os sierra to os x and told me its working faster now!!!! And after fighting for half an hour, i got nothing! So a total loss of 3 days time and 2400 rupees.Horrible experience!!!!!
