Very good service. I wanted to get the keyboard replaced for my HP laptop, even the HP service center guys were not able to get the one as the model I have got discontinued. Luckily I found this center n he s very prompt with his work n time of delivery as well. Thank u sir

Do not visit this service center for complex issues with your computer.The technician doesnt now how to diagnose the issue.My CPU burnt out due to voltage fluctuations. On the first day he said that SMPS and few elements of the Motherboard were burnt and he needs to send it somewhere else to check and analyze what components exactly were damaged. He said he would follow up by calling and let me know same day evening. since i dint receive any call, i called and inquired, upon which he said since its a complex issue it will take time and will let me know by tomorrow.Again the next day i called him around noon he said he will check and call back, which again never happened. So i again called him in the evening, again he said the same thing. On the third day, I again called up, he picked the call and the phone went dead (Switch off). On the 4th day again no call no follow up, i had to call again and check up on which he said the whole board is gone and i would require a new board.I agreed, he charged me around 5000 for a board the is available for 3.8k, he said he would check the new board and call me back which again dint happen as expected.Day 5 i again called and he said Processor is damaged, we would need to replace it which would cost around 3-4 thousand again. At this point i asked him to check if other components were working. Later at noon the same day he called and said Hard disk is also not working.At this point i got frustrated, because if all these things where properly checked and diagnosed at the first point, I would not have spent money on an old model board and would have gone ahead and purchased a new PC which i ultimately have to now.This tech does ZERO FOLLOW UP with customers, Hopeless Customer service ever. I had to call him multiple times for the bill because he said he would Email me which as expected never happened. After 3 attempts and SMS he finally sent the bill , that too misspelling my name, again I had to send another SMS and ask for the error to be corrected.IN TOTAL PATHETIC SERVICE CENTER and HOPELESS TECHNICIAN.Do note go to this shop for any Hardware or Software related issues.

Service center is not in the location shown in map, owner is least bother to communicate the address on being asked, worst management, high attitude .
