Another senseless and junk fake company. HR and Panel does not know why they are conducting interview. for time pass they conduct interview.Better stay away from these fake and useless company.

Good exposure to different technologiesI have reduced two stars because of HR teamThere were plenty of good people in HR before who were asked to resign. HR is mediator between employee and company. Holding reliving letter, settlement , salary for too long and making employee suffer is one of the most immature thing from mum HR team.

Quinnox..!!! Well, If you want a fresher to pay 40K to go for a 3 months training. You should tell during the 1st round itself. You have taken the interview process to a whole new level. Mohan Sharma HR is irresponsible member of the Company and his team.Worst HR team, if u dont want to recruitment why they take interviews ( 6 Rounds i have taken).HR team dont have idea what they doing, no response from HR after interview.

If you are good, then Quinnox is best one. Good HR team and management is also cool.

If you are a fresher then quinnox is a good place to learn technology, it though depends on what kind off project you are put in. One my friends had joined recently here and was very well paid. The work too is not very hectic. They also have a few offices India wide.

I have been interviewed there. And frankly speaking they told that I am technically sound but little bit inexperienced in client interaction so I will put you on hold. Can you imagine if anyone works for 3 years in IT industry and have been interviewed for more than an hour. Cant you you judge the person who can handle the client call or not. So I think they need to retrospect themselves regarding the the interview process. Because being experienced professional you dont have time to go and appear for these type of interview who dont respect your talent.

Location is difficult to be located for 1st time although its located in a TECH PARK called AMRAmbience is good ,Flexible TimingsCab Pick Up and drop for APAC , EMEA and US shifts so one side is for sure to get (either pick up or drop) in case one gets to work in any of those shifts. For general shift, self-transportI heard about annual parties which is good-to-have/know attribute for a mid-sized IT Consulting CompanyI am not sure about freshers but what I see is they are placed mostly into support or on bench teaching them various technologies all the timeFor experienced people :Onsite opportunity if you can give tough fight in terms of asking for the same.Good Pay , if they need you they will pay you although a mid-sized IT companyWell Treated if you have some supporting hand up in the ladder or if their client is impressed with your profilePolitics but this is there everywhere , when they dont need you they will just throw you away without a second chanceMy suggestion is if your profile is average, go for it as pay and culture is good .In case your profile is strong , go for it only if you get benefits like higher visible designation , shares etc. else you will get them business by showcasing your profile and you will get only good pay which according to me(personal opinion) is not a great idea.

Guys, please dont go to Quinnox interviews. I had Very Very Bad Experience with Quinnox.My Interview Process gone like this day-1 : I had 3 Technical & HR Round after HR round, HR Said that I got Selected, and they will send a link for uploading Documents,but HR asked that Notice Period negotiable(60 days to 30 days),I said that its not possible to negotiate. But HR said that its OK.Next day i got link from HR. After 1 hour i got call from the one of the interviewer(who took my 1st round of Technical),He said that I have 1 more round with client then i said ok.Next day, i got call from VP(vice President) of Quinnox, that round went good then he said that i got selected, remaining process will take care of HR. After some time I got call from HR, he said that send my updated resume Resume & Salesforce Certification Numbers. Again, I got call from Interviewer(1st round interviewer) He congratulated to me that I cleared that round also then he said that I need to upload my documents. I uploaded documents as per phone conversation.Next day i got call from one of the Manager of Quinnox that round also going good.I was waiting one day for HR response, but i didnt get any information. Next day i made call to Interviewer (1st Round interviewer) then he said that my profile was on hold.I lost my hopes on Quinnox, Next day, again i got call from Interviewer then he said that I have one more round(this is 7th round) again said OK. The 7th round of interview happen with Zoom call. After So much of Drama they said that i didnt get select for this job because of my communication skills.I sincerely request to HR that my communication skills are not good then why they did this much of action of 7 rounds of interview.Please dont play with peoples emotions....

Management is good but they hire fresher for support role mainly and will tell you to shift mumbai.

The company is ok kind of decent for freshers but needs a revamp if it wants to grow in terms getting engaged with good clients and heavy projects.... The infamous infrastructure needs a serious revamp.

Good Mid Sized IT Professional company asprining to become big.

Office is in good location but the company is not great, in my point of view.They hire from a consultancy showing the required position is for software trainee developer but when you go to HR round to company they will tell you to b le in tech support for 6mnth to 1 year . If they will get any project then after a year they may add you in project team.
