Majority of the workforce is based out of Pune , decent company in the tech Park ,offers lunch and evening tea/ snacks to its employees for free :) , has gym and Table tennis facility along with food court, during pandemic time most of the workforce is WFH ,staff is friendly and helpful , parking is chargeable for people who dont have company provided parking stickers. In the process of exploring more .... :)

Very poor HR (Mrunalini) and the interview process(via Monjin) i have came across by a company. I was wondered about the way interview started . The interview was disconnected in the middle due to the software(Monjin) they use for the interview either myself or the interview cant hear the voice and my internet connection speed is 10mbps. I am not able to connect again and it says session is completed. Not able to contact any one on this regard, no call from them regarding this. Its totally hectic. The HR communication is very poor. If any one from the company see this post, please change your way of hiring the candidate. And do follow up the candidate if they face any problem. I am afraid how they are treating employee once they have joined the company. Are they keeping their words. Its a big question ?????

Interview process is very poor.One of HR called for an interview and interview questions are poor.Sharbani being an Talent acquisition Manager, is that all unprofessionalism you learn from your experience, learn how to talk and behave like a human.Being an HR they doesnt have any common sense of understanding.If you want to know about this company, talk with HR Panel once.the way of cheap questions from HR, make you to think twice its better to be an unemployed instead of join this company.No humility , using this current situation playing with employee life.Paying half salary , no leaves get approve, even if your family in trouble.Not worth for a single star alsoTake senior or well know people suggestion before joining this company.suggestionTrain your HR and Interview Panel , how to speak, behave with the candidate .

Hii am completed 2 rounds interview on Persistent Systems.Finial round HR taken for salary discussion.Due to Network Issue my call get dropped, I am try to reach HR she is sad i am busy, Now they are not responding for emails and calls.Like this company playing with employees.if any body get call from Persistent Systems be carefully. Just they are doing time pass with your time.

Its in ecospace good place many biggies like Intuit accenture have their own place in this it park.

Persistent HR (Ankita Singh) are not following Corporate Ethics and Working Unprofessional. Because of her commitment I relieved from current job and after that they didnt Onboard me due to that I lost my job and they dont care out career and concerns. Through IDC Consultancy this Persistent Systems released offer and based on their commitments I resigned from job and after that they intimated due to project cost we are not onboarding. Please do not resigned job based on the Persistent and IDC Consultancy offer and be carefull with these fellows from both companies (Ankita, Shankar, shabari).

Its a very good company to work with.I was part of this company for almost 4 years, decent hike and very good environment, flexibility for women employees like work from home and provides necessary support based on the needs.I would recommend this company as a good place to work.

I had been to this company for an interview.Interview process was written test, technical interview and then another round. In the final round the interviewer acting as if he is bullying me. He was arrogant, Dont have manners to conduct interview. Interviewer looked like a delivery manager. Not a good process in place. Glad i realised the company culture and behavior during interview only.

Some of the employees are unprofessionals . If you dont know the subject pay some bugs some of the guys will haier you.

I went to an interview but it was my worst interview it took over a phone and from morning till evening waited and told me not selected recruitment team is not good at all no proper team to ask.. in that PRADEEP is an head he is chit chating i am waiting for the result he is simply taking with a lady colleague so plz guys they told for some other process and hiring for other process dont waste time ..

They mostly hire for job openings at client location. You can undergo the interview if you are okay to get deputed in client location with Persistent payroll. They involve delayed interview process.

Not a great company in Bangalore. Not sure how in Pune. Cleared 3 rounds of tech interview (Total 3+ hours of tech round ) and the final round HR he asked to write code and show it working. What ever i wrote, said he disagree and keep on arguing How will you manage a team if you dont know how to write code correctly.

Worse company! It’s been 3 months since I got update that I cleared the rounds. They are still keeping me on hold.
