Okay, as you mentioned I hardly worked 2 months, that was not my choice, you asked me to leave within 2 months, without any notice. As you said my performance was bad, (according to you, not mine) but I have all my right to get my half salary. Without discussing you give me new CTC breakup, effected till Jan 2021, and in just 6 days you terminated me. Seriously. I dont know what escalation you got from clients, but as I was working I didnt get any news claiming that because of me there is a client escalations. The company hires only for very short period of time, and if there is no closure they will directly terminate the recruiters without notice. As, I joined there were 8 recruiters working in the company, lastly there were only 4 recruiters left, as because of companys behavior and allegations and pressure. The founders are not trustworthy. The fault is not in recruiters, it shows the credibility of the company. In their eyes all recruiters are zero performance. I appeal to the counselors and higher authorities who ever reading my review take some serious actions on this company. I need my money back and its my right to take back. Here also I will mention ITS A FRAUD COMPANY.How can you say this profile is FAKE, Prive India Consulting... This company is itself FAKE and FRAUD.... WANT MY MONEY BACK

Its a fraud company.After one month of my job they lowered my ctc and within 1 week they asked me to leave without informing me. No good clients with requirements, no good management, founders are too egoist and maintained their attitude well calling it as a professional, though they have their own rules and company norms which only they follow. This has to be reported as they are playing with the candidates future. Please take it seriously, this company has to shut down.This company has blocked me from writing any review, they have commented, the profile is fake, no the profile is not FAKE, whatever the legal action they want to take, please go ahead, even I have all the proves against this what they have done.Again, this is a FRAUD Company, WANT MY MONEY BACK.
