I work here. Its a tech park which has started up recently. Ambience is ok. Not much greenery. The offices are good with good ventilation.

In ground floor common cafeteria is available and shared with other companies.For parking there is adequate space available. Near by BCIT there are so many residential areas & apartments are available.Its very large area and well maintained Greenery. There is no much traffic in this area as of now.The campus is very clean and the work environment is very good here.
