Approached this joint, to repair laptop keyboard. Few keys were not functioning. After inspecting, immediately gave suggestion to replace it entirely. Paid advance. No receipt provided even after insisting.Instructed return with laptop after 2 days as keyboard will be received through online order. When called after two days, one guys asked to call another guy as he is outside and did not kn0w about the spare status. When called another guys, he was also outside, did not know about know about spare status. Next day, I had to call them to get the update to visit their shop for keyboard replace.When visited their shop, the work was completed within 10 minutes in a rush. Keyboard is not 100% fit within laptop body. I can literally see the gap around. Also keyboard was shaky in the middle part. Paid rest of the money without any receipt. No document proof, no warrantee.Dealt with multiple guys, if something goes wrong after couple of months, I do not have any proof that this keyboard replaced by this shop.

Theyre good for very few things.For Basic things you can go to them but for advanced queries, AVOID them at all costs.Theyre not aware of a 3080 graphics card and dont know how to deal with a full tower. They carried my full tower and pretty much messed it up.Stay safe and choose the right people. 🍻

Good place to bring laptop to provide service as they are aware what is the issue with the laptop and would fix it.I needed a laptop usb type charger which they didnt have stock but Anil told me he would get the charger for me by 5 pm the same day as I needed it urgently.He even offered to door deliver the charger to my place which was 10 km away, I liked that really.Price was also reasonable as per the market for an lenovo charger.Definitely the new go to tech shop for laptop / pc parts shop for me going forward.

I gave laptop for repair 2 months before they told me this laptop repair Is not possible. Then I asked him to give my laptop back. They are given without proper screws and without dvd tray and without mousepad buttons
