Their service was good. Affordable and technically sound. My laptop had motherboard issue and given to one service center in Indiranagar which suggested to change and their estimate was 14k. But Microsun did it for 4k. Awesome.

Even though the tech troubleshooted the problem he was called for.. He did not have the patience to clear other problem and when asked, he just told the hard disk is burnt even before looking at it.

Excellent Service.. Got my Dell Inspiron laptop serviced which was lying dead for about 5 months. Dell Service Center asked me to replace the motherboard which will cost me 16000. I got the same motherboard repaired for 3k.

I had taken service from this computer centre and before coming to this computer centre my laptop was working fairly well and with good speed it was just that I wanted to do some formating and to replace battery and charger, that is why I have gone to this computer service centre .After receiving this laptop I have realised the speed of the system has gone down considerably and miserably and when I spoke to the person concerned he is saying that it is not his fault and since it is the old laptop that is why all these things are happening . When my laptop was not well then speed was good and way better then how can it be so slow after it is being rectified Iam really really frustrated with this laptop because service which has been given to me by this computer centre.I dont recommend the service to be taken by anyone out there .They provide the worst service . I dont know what they have done with my laptop whether they have taken out any device from inside the laptop or what they have done I really dont know but I have really got worst service of my life through this computer centre.

MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOT IN MY LIFE. I called this guy for installing OS on my system. He checked it and installed the OS and also as suggested by him I have enhanced the RAM as he said it is absolutely necessary. He charged Rs. 1000 for both OS and RAM upgradation. After this, I was unable to save any data on the C drive and Drive and the system allowed saving data only on desktop. It was not even allowing to install Internet security software Kasperkey. When I have informed him he said the cd may be corrupt. I was shocked as it was a new pack that I have purchased !!!!!! When I called him to check it out he said I have to pay him again to open and fix it. Also, I have another Desktop Pc which he said the smps has a problem. He took my smps and kept with him for 3 weeks and not even called me. When I called he said you can replace smps with a second hand one and it will costs Rs 400. Meanwhile the system he repaired was giving all kinds of technical issues and it still continues. I have asked him to return the smps and he said to deliver and fix the smps I have to pay him again !!!!!Guys... my advice ... dont take his service. He is a fraud
