I am delighted to write this review. Sudhan from KCS solutions is the best technician I have ever dealt with regarding laptop or desktop services. He is well experienced, technically sound and does service in no time. I went there for some issues with upgrading SSD in my laptop alongside HDD. I tried multiple YouTube videos and read many articles for correcting the issue I faced and couldnt find a solution. Finally I went there and he solved my problem in no time. Above that, he explains the reason for the problem and some advices for solving future troubles too.KCS is the place to go if you have any computer related troubles.

Great Service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I got my screen broken and they offered to get it done in a day time. But next day was Karnataka Diwas, so every shop was closed and they were not able to get the screen. But when I told them that it is very urgent for my work, they opened their shop and put their test screen on my laptop so that my work didnt stop without charging any extra amount.Next day they got the screen.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone having issues with their laptop. They offer a very reasonable price.

Best customer service i have ever received in Bangalore. I went to two other service centers to get my laptop repaired...and both asked for more than 3 days of time and double money...These guys repaired it within an hour...and i am really very thankful for that as this was my office laptop.This should be your go to place for laptop repairment. Regarding computer repair am trying to contact you since few days, only bell ringing and no response, if you dont want to receive queries why you have mentioned your contact number.

They fixed my laptop with very high precision. Reasonable repair charges, fair explanation of the issues and expected outcome of repair....!Their technicians are well expertise and very polite. They understand customer’s need and provide services accordingly.

Pathetic is not sufficient for the service that I have got, given my PC for some changes which should take a day or two but after 3 weeks of submission I have got my PC in the same condition, not sure what they were doing in 3 weeks, no response to calls or messages, most of the times the shop is closed, cant trust, I have made numerous calls and sent multiple but no proper response, when I called from alternate number this person picks the call, my time and energy wasted, probably the worst service that I have experienced, now doubting if all the other reviews are legitimate, be careful with your assets

KCU Solutions is a hopeless office...they are completely unprofessional...very impolite...they were not able to repair even my broken laptop hinges...both Suhan n Sudhan are impolite persons...the way they serviced my laptop , the lesser said the better...I dont recommend this shop to any one...instead if you want laptop repair, you can consult MOBILAPYGO near neeladri road...

Its like they dont want to do business. I contacted them twice to find out some information regarding hard drives - and each time they said theyll get back to me. And they never did. So, yeah, I didnt find them professional at all. Definitely wont recommend anyone to go there.

Excellent service. My Laptops WiFi Adapted was not functioning, They checked and tried but the WiFi didnt work. They even installed windows 7 and didnt take money for that. In the end they suggested to buy an external WiFi Adapter. Their service is really good.

I will not recommend to go for serious laptop issue. I have given my laptop for heating issue it came out that first computer fan is not working then graphic IC is not working then mother board track is gone. These guys are college graduate and some kind of computer training but do not have experience to solve the motherboard related issue . It is risky to get laptop service for sure. So do not go there !
