It was my first time coming to India and I was nervous on how I would go about with my dad’s treatment in a foreign land. Do not get your vaccination done here they have no value for your time and treat you like they are giving a free serivce. The token system they have is for name sake, people from other series are also taken in without others consent. And when confronted they called me a liar. Secondly they have two different prices for Sputnik V, the normal charges were Rs. 1145/-, also heard someone pay Rs. 1025/- for the same vaccine.

Went for my father who had sodium fluctuations.Dr. Padmanabhan is a very kind, patient senior doctor who explains about everything calmly and politely. He doesnt prescribe tablets randomly. Do a thorough research before suggesting medicines and takes good care about patients. Strongly recommend Dr. Padmaabhan.

This is our first experience is NU Hospital. My nephew was admitted for 10 days in the hospital under Dr. Prasanna. All the staff at NU Hospital (west) were very professional and friendly. I am under the treatment of Dr.Krishna Prasad.T for Prostate problem-BPH and of Dr.Padmanabhan for Kidney problem at NU hospital Rajaji nagar,from 2019.Both the doctors are highly professional and treat patients with utmost care and compassion. Their guidance is excellent. I underwent TURP surgery on 15-06-2021 at NU hospital Rajajinagar. It was performed by Dr. Krishna Prasad and his team consisting of Dr.Imran Khan,Dr.Pramod, Dr. Kamal ,supportive doctors and nurses. The entire team is par excellence. I am fortunate to be under the treatment of Dr. Krishna Prasad who did more than what an urologist is expected to do for me in various aspects other thansurgery and treatment. My vaccination experience was horrible. They are highly unorganized. Had to wait for nearly 3 hours. Even a free bbmp vaccine camp would have been good comparatively. There was no social distancing nor any covid appropriate behaviour in the hospital. I would suggest not to take elderly people to the hospital because they are highly vulnerable to such atmosphere.

I took my time out here just to appreciate the work of this NU Hospital in the form of giving feedback for the covid vaccination drive. Last week I reserved a slot for myself at this hospital and I successfully got vaccinated. Right from entering the hospital until my exit all the staffs were kind and service oriented with all precautionary measures towards the patient. The team took me to an vaccination room which was isolated and I was vaccinated. Soon after the vaccination they asked me to rest and monitored me with an eagle eye for the next half an hour just to make sure that I am good. I CANNOT believe about that 4.5 stars review.On a check-up during Oct 2020, one of the hospital staff took my Mobile phone to type the Review HERSELF. Fortunately I wasnt signed in. I doubt the sincerity about other reviews because of this incident. Hospital management can look into this. This was disgusting to me.On the service I dont want to be biased because Im a middle-class. The service might have felt and seemed great for Prevailed class as the reviews stands at 4.5.So no comments on the quality. Charges demanded for every check-up felt unnecessary and inappropriate to me.NEED to mention this is a PRIVATE VENTURE and NOT the KIDNEY FOUNDATION Public-aided hospital which once stood at the same place.

Great hospitality, each and every staffs, (Doctors, Nurses, administrative staffs) are so kind and helpful, and best in professionalism.Thank you very much for the hospitality and care while I was admitted there.

Very bad services. Looks like a 5star hospital ,Staffs are dressed up for that but unfortunately they are not suited for a hospitality job. We will waist lots of time there. Even this covid pandemic time I have waited 2.30 hours after taking an appointment. Advice to manage ment- need to appoint good nursing and hospitality minded Staffs from different states. Otherwise this hospital will drained very soon.

Staff and doctors are very good and good treatment

Experience was extremely poor, waste of money especially during a pandemic, had an online consultation and was diagnosed with 2 kidney stone of 5mm which can be dissolved through medication where as doctor promod says there is absolutely no medication for this and we have to wait for the stones to grow bigger and then he will help with the surgery.( Recommending only surgery to extract more money). Unsatisfactory, disappointed and abousoltly no help from the doctor, highly recommend not to visit.

Had a great experience at NU Hospital, Rajajinagar. The hospital is well organized, staff are extremely well trained and polite. Charges are quite reasonable. Highly recommend this hospital for all nephrology and urology related ailments.
