Last week purchased I watch series 6, cellular feature not able to connect. Thru operator connection active but has problem in settings...wen approach the showroom sale executive hv no idea about setting activation of cellular. So the sale executive doesnt know how cellular activated, wats the point in selling the watch. Plz get trained and then sell the items...

I went there to get my iPhone fixed. The customer service was so great that all my companys purchases happen at iTree now. Most commendable aspect of iTree is their focus on customer interest. There are times where the owner, Vinod, has redirected me to some online purchase sites as there were better offers than what he could manage.But most of the time, we get the best price possible at iTree and hence the company purchases happen at iTree. Worst attitude from the tech guys would have given 0 stars if possible they wouldnt have the spare parts required for your older mac or i phones . and when ask for details on when it will be fixed or when it can be acquired the tech guys become irritated and show it not sure how the store is rated 4 and above stars must be internal reviews.
