Good place to work. Interview process is not good as compared to other company. They make whole day to sit . Mostly walk-in for experienced as well.This is my work place. It takes me about two hour to reach from my PG. and also 15 mins of walk to reach my company. Good and peaceful surrounding would be More to say but also this has got everything costly near it. There are very less places to eat out and what ever would be there, it would be always crowded.

Great place to work. I liked the flexibility of work and work environment. Even though you wouldnt have heard of the brand Harman, it is a very good option. You would feel like working at a good office and you are in right place! Thats what everyone will be looking forward. Nice office with good work life balance.

Harman connected services and International (product ). Recently connected services division acquired by Samsung.

Not good. Attended interview here. They called up around 200 people on the same day for various positions. But, they couldnt handle the drive. Most of the candidates didnt get a chance for first round of interview itself. Technical guy had no idea what to ask in interview. Dump people. They asked me to come at 10AM and my first round was taken around 4pm. After 3 rounds of interview they said they will have telephonic hr round since there were too many candidates still waiting and they couldnt handle all of them.

Good place to work in a good location but not so good infrastructure as it is an old building. Easily somebody can get here in front of itpl back gate. Easily visible from normal traffic although traffic in this road is very high because of main itpl road. Work culture is good here. Without ID batch its not allowed to go inside.

Interview process is bit delayed but good.I came here for interview purpose.They will conduct one written test followed by either face to face or telephonic technical discussion and HR round.Overall good experience of interview but dont know about work cultures.would be Sharing more after joining this company. :)

There interview process is pathetic. They called all the candidates at the same time. Then, one by one call them for interview session in the designated room. I reached here at 11 and my turn came up after the lunch break. Took 3 rounds here and told us that they will let us know. Still no answers from them. I request to all the HR recruitment team that it doesnt matter if a candidate gets rejected atleast you can just send a rejection template (email) so that we can plan accordingly. Is it so hard to send a rejection mail to candidates??

Front office team needs to more hospitable.

Very poor interview panel, not worth to work in IT company. They call mass people for interview and make them wait till EOD and at the EOD they say only immediate joiners stay and rest can leave without any agitation. They waste 90 % of people time. Think 1000 times before going for an interview unless you’re joining immediate.

Called for the interview took 7 rounds after no updates, when I called them they told 3 more rounds to be taken. May be they are better than google.

Good, So much clumsy clumy while conducting exam for particular positions, mismatching test papers condunducted and fired from interview. It doesnt sense at all

If you are going for their mass interview event on a Saturday, be careful. They are a very unprofessional bunch and will waste your entire day for no reason.Just skip this one if you arent dying to get into this company. And if you still want to go, remember to carry lunch and dinner.

HCS is part of the larger Harman group which is an international entity(now part of samsung). This office hosts the cloud and IT services related employees. conveniently located on the ITPL route the building is right next door to the holiday-inn hotel. the office operates round the clock and has all amenities like canteen, gym, indoor sports, coffee shops etc

I was there for interview drive, not good experience, question paper was also 5 years old, they have taken 3 hour just to declare the marks, they were doing all manually with pan and paper, they are hiring IT engineer and they themselves are not following, I dont know what is culture inside

Interview process was not good but the connectivity to the place is very good.

Went for interview on Saturday. Generally they have drives on Saturdays.Worst Management. HR selects your resume without any technical knowledge (based on matching keywords). They call you for interview and will say your profile isnt matching with the job. Simply waste of time.

Bad interview culture. Lack of co-ordination between people. dont waste your cab money for the Saturday mass gathering for interviews at their location. they just call you without screening resumes first.

Worst Organization

Employees are so unprofessional during tech interview they discuss about salary and even if you are technically good they will reject on the basis of salary expectation. This is weird as they should not call people for interview if they think they wont be able to meet their expection

Well organized office, there are two entrances with security checks. If you are coming for interview, you should have the email and contact person handy.

No access of cabs around. You need to hire only a auto or own vechicle .
