Went for a battery replacement. Got it at MRP, would have not bought if not for COVID situation. Not sure they understand that selling at MRP days are long gone.But personal was helpful, gave some standard hints on laptops battery longevity.

Rude reception, bad and delayed service. Highly doubt if this is an authorised showroom/service. Better buy online or from any other place.

Ambience Is not that much good and the price is more than the Croma and other outlets.

New Hp store. Good showroom for laptop and printers. Hp laptop are there on display to touch and fee. Staff are wearing mask 😷. Hand sanitizer🧴🤲 is kept in the entrance.

If I could give less than one star then Id think of how to give minus star to this place. They dont know how to talk to customers and God forbid if you give your laptop for repair/service youre not supposed to ask whats wrong with the laptop. Worst experience service wise and how they cater to their customers.

The Price and Delivery was Excellent, My experience was the next follow up service and briefing of the products and understanding the customers needs, have to improve a lot. which can reduce the repeated calling for Services. In short Engineers must know how to explain the products and the limitations.

Worst thing to happen.I went with a friend to replace the speakers of an ASUS ROG. Which they said they replaced and the way they treated us was very good.But apparently they were lying. They just repaired the old one and said they replaced. 3days after the speakers got complaints and when we called one guy he accidently said they just repaired and the other guy said they replaced. After that they said they will refund the full amount.When we asked about the bill on the first day for speakers they said the price is 1500 and we are not charging for service. And today they are saying they will refund 1000 and 500 they will take as service charge.Finally they gave full refund.I have never given a bad review to any business.But this is because they lied and took advantage of the client.

My HP Pavilin laptop charger developed some issues and it stopped working.Given these lockdown days,I called Computer Planet to find out when I would be able to purchase one and Mr.Suddiqui was so helpful that he got it delivered to me within the next 1 hour..Amazing service..would highly recommend this place..

I had visited this store for laptop service.My laptop was Asus.Asked them specifically if they do the service only for HP or even for other brands. They said they do service for all laptops but they sell only HP.They lied to me they they replaced my speaker units and charged me 1500 for the new unit. The 2nd day the speaker got damaged I called them and asked if they replaced it or fixed the older one. One person accidentally said they replaced the existing speakers. I questioned them on why they charged me 1500. After multiple calls they refunded the whole amount.THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND WELL BEHAVED SO JUST BE MINDFUL.ALSO THEY CLEARLY DONT SERVICE ANY OTHER LAPTOPS OTHER THAN HP EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY DO.
