Few employees leave the company and join back and ensure that they do not report to the same manager. Good work home balance. Opportunity to work outside the country. R& D work or innovation does not take root here. Mostly and engineering service based work.

There is no hard feeling working atmosphere. Company is well maintained with clean and clear.

One can find best views from top floor

A major Tier1 automotive service company. They are preset at both the east and west wings. Both the buildings having ample parking facilities for the employees and the guests. Good number of lifts with lift men available in both the buildings . I’m sure there are at least 1k+ employees working with no complaints with the facilities provided. The tech park is named as Golden Hill tech park.

A good workplace but the parking is leaking in case of rains

Interview process is poor. Managers are immature. Hope things will change in near future. Germany company but weird work culture definitely not German.

Architecturally this building is as boring as it can get.But the interiors are good. They serve their purpose. Sufficient lifts, maintained well, enough parking. Also, it is just off the highway, so that is an advantage.But phase 2 is not really developed, so your options for food are limited and pretty much every thing else is not existent.

Its alright working here. Since unlike few other companies in to this same business are grown so enormously that entering in such companies after an experience of 8~9 years is useless. You will grow with snails speed but since Continental Automotive is emerging one you still have chance to enter and safeguard your carrier for days to come. One last thing is that Continental means business so here management stress on profitability and thus can share the same with employees unlike other companies whicha are running as a government charitable trusts with no eye on profit and thus no profit to share.

I worked here in Continental. Building is good and Parking is well arranged. Cafeteria is little small. A great place to work. Working culture is good.

Location is near to bus stop. Related to interviews :No quality in recruiting process. You have to wait for so long to get call for first round itself. I have been selected two times when I have recruited as external and recruiting process is very smooth in that way. I felt really bad due to hr behavior when I called for permanent position. I am not able to understand why they are not sending concerned Interviewer when it is arranged by conti HRs.

Location information : It is located in electronic city phase 2 and it s hardly 15 min drive from silk board, if you take fly over. Fly over is tolled.There are few bmtc buses during the day for the commuters from silk board to electronic city phase 2 directly. And there are plenty busses to phase 1 from where we need to walk 15 to reach phase 2.Since it is very much commercial area and populated, I don,t recommend to stay in electronic city; though there are many PGs are available for bachelors to stay.

The interviews are mostly fake. There is the man one mister manimaran he is not knows nothing about the technique . He asks for things that are not technically a link.
