They are totally useless! They are not even educated about the work they do! Very arrogant ppl and everything is overpriced! They think we are living in the pre internet era! All that they do is spoil ur computer!

I bought a new dell laptop from these guys... The person name was Prakash... Hes a complete fraud... The laptop stopped working in just two weeks... Upon contacting him... He blindly refused to fix it... Even though its under warranty... He spoke rudely and told me to go complain wherever I want... I got the lappy checked from another service agency... To my utter disbelief, the laptop was assembled with old Ram and old hard disk... Complete fraud... He ripped me by saying its a new box piece original... Stay away from this so called vendor!
