The worst ever service you would expect in the Whitefield region. Just sent my laptop for some servicing which was expected to be done within 2 days but eventually took me 7 days and that too didnt fix the issue. Its awfulness ranges from:1. Zero response from the team without any updates regarding fix or cost.2. Have to follow up everyday but still get misleading updates3. Have to pay 350 bucks just to get your laptop back unserviced just because they took it for service and they claim it to be diagnosis charge and wont even provide you with any diagnosis report.The parts were not available with vendor but will flag it as customer did not agree with the quote just to get the money4. Poor communication of the vendor. No skilled person at store. Very disappointingWill never recommend such service to any of my friends.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! I brought in my 10 year old computer that doesnt work, that had all of my baby pictures and they was able to save them all. I cant express how grateful I am. I brought in my computer just before them closing, and my pictures were ready the next day. The professionalism and customer service on top of great work and affordable pricing. I am so happy I found these guys on help, I will not take my computer needs to anyone else. Give these guys a call, you wont regret it!

Good and professional service. Have been here twice, once when my laptop audio had issues and second time when my laptop panel broke. Both the time i had my laptop fixed in a day. Errorkart technician also shared some important facts on how to attain long life on your laptop. Service and product charges are very reasonable. Much recommended if you have issues with your systems.

I booked service from Errorkart in June and the team was really not responsive, they took almost 1 month to detect the issue, could not resolve it and finally I asked them to return the laptop. Later I got it fixed at shop near my home - SkyLap Computers Whitefield within a week. They were unprofessional as communication was big challenge, lots of follow up were done know the state of laptop. Not good at all !!!
