Worst place to work. All the rules only for the employer. Middle management was not good, most of the employees leaving because of them. Top management blindly believe the middle management...Top management was good and very much concern for employees.

Ive attended interview for ASM technologies to chennai location. I had 1st round with manager named Sri Vedavalli as the technical person was not available. The manager knows nothing technically. She was trying to argue with my skills because i explained to her in technical words. I was totally disappointed with her interview and later i came to know she dont prioritize gents for her project Which really sucks.

A descent company for beginners to get some experience and knowledge. Mainly body shopping company than in-house development. Company pays very good basic salary(Part of CTC) which helps you in saving a lot in terms of PF Contribution. Not that systematic company. Do not expect MNC Culture.

I had a very bad experience with the recruiters who doesnt give proper information about employment. They sent me a mail with the name of the person who was supposed to interview me, but some other person interviewed and he have a feedback that I will get a call for another round which will be the final one, waited for one week but no reply. When checked with HR she said interview panel was not available for one week. Again I waited and called them back. They said that it was a reject. No proper information among the hr group itself. This shows how they are wasting the valuable time of candidates without posting the exact information. This happened previously too. They took my interview and made me wait for one month and after calling several times they said that position was closed by internal reference. The most funniest thing is the manager who was supposed to take my interview, was not well when I went. But he also gave his feedback without even talking to me that my profile is a reject. Strange and funny.So guys plz do check and get exact info before taking interviews with this company. After which I realized its waste of time taking interviews with this company. Be aware.....

What kind of HR he is (Harris) ..Dont have any courtesy to smile. Interview is just a healthy discussion. HR is a complete package , more about interaction. Learn to be a standard HR.No proper parking space......

I will rate at least one star for this company because of bad process of Recruitment team, after clearing written test i gave 4 to 5 rounds of technical interview with poor communication skills interviewer and last they gave good reason for not selecting me.
