What an awesome experience I had today. I walked in to get my APC ups repaired and due to covid situation, all the experts were outside serving customers or working from home. To address my needs, the receptionist demanded one of engineer to reach office and address my need immediately. And later the engineer/manager did the work, seems to have gone beyond his duty to support me and did a wonderful service. The best part was all were smiling and welcoming, and eager to address the customer. Great team.
