I purchased laptop 2 years back hp Compaq nx6310.Some network issue...team is quickDid in short time

Unfortunately took my laptop here for fan replacement, thermal pasting, and RAM upgrade.They didnt replace the fan, they just cleaned the dust and told me the fan was replaced. The same ball-bearing and noise issue came back within two days. They didnt apply any new thermal paste. I still got it back with the old, cracked, stock thermal paste. They told me they applied new thermal paste, which is a straight up lie.The new RAM stick that was installed was a used chip, which they claimed was new, and it didnt even match the speed of my old RAM stick (my old RAM stick was 2400mhz, they installed 2133mhz), and basically reduced the performance.Whats more, they damaged the Motherboard as well, which can be confirmed by Acer, and two other repair shops I had taken the laptop to after this terrible place. The laptop started heating up even more and shutting down after an hour of usage and eventually completely stopped working within two weeks.They charged me Rs. 6000 for doing none of the work that they claimed to do and installing a used, slower RAM stick. They were even pretty open about the fact that they wont give a bill for the parts and they prefer cash. Makes sense, since they either have no idea what theyre doing or theyre just openly cheating people shamelessly.Edit:Response to your irrelevant reply to my review: Why would I ever bring back my computer to you? So you can charge me more for doing nothing and damaging it even further? No thanks. Because of you, I lost Rs. 50,000. Are you going to pay me that back? Please do humanity a favor and shut down your scam business.

OS changed in Feb last week 2020 to a M/s.Dell laptop.Since one week, immediately when switched on laptop, it is asking for activation key otherwise windows will expire which is displaying on screen.So today i.e., 01.08.2020 they cleared this license issue and within very short time they have done it which is appreciable.But then automatic page opening of Microsoft edge application problem arised.Then once again made shutdown and switched on then also automatically page is opening.Took laptop today i.e., 03.08.2020 and checked.No issues and its normal now.Thank you madam(Ms.Nashima) for your kind response in the clearing issues even in your busy time.Best service centre and will take immediate actions.Highly recommendable Best computers Solutions

Hi..I am Basant.i was in Bangalore and forget to bring my presenter for an important event.
