This appartments is pretty old. I have one of my friends flat over here. This place is very beautifully built. Finding the correct block is a little bit of a task because its not specified properly. The view which you get from the top of the flat is a different story all together. The place is pretty clean and neat theyre doing a fantastic job in maintaining such an old appartment in such a good condition. The maintenance authority deserves a big applause on that I guess.

I liked the apartments despite of the location. Also hear that the rent is nominal, may be because it is farther than the city Bengaluru.

I actually live here and they are doing a good job in maintaining the place and it the best apartment outside City and close to Ravishankar ashram

Its one of the biggest oldest gaited community apprtment Invisited here to meet one of my friend there is so many blocks bit difficult to search, and their block names also messy otherwise its good

Had been to check the flats to buy. I must say affordable, value for money. Good quality construction and all the amenities are there. Well maintained. Its 2kms away from metro.

Perfect place out of the city crowd. Enough parking space empty space around.

Very Calm Place. Kids play area , swimming pool, Club house, Parking, 24x7 Security all available. But only minus Point Lift is Small. Any emergency patients cant take by stretcher and drinking water also not available.

We have been living here for 6 years. Many residential projects coming around our society as Kanakapura Road is the only place with good ground water table & lots of greenery too. Our society has well ventilated, spacious, well planned homes with all amenities & facilities. Open common spaces and green common areas with lots of area for children to play outdoor games too. Fully equipped club house, swimming pools & kids play areas, Amphitheatre & senior citizens seating areas are all part of our society.

It is the best place , I lived there 4 years ago but still my frnds are living there. U can find a lot of friends, u can go for cycling , play cricket also. There is swimming pool, park, club house also. Inside the club house there is a small library. There are 2 grass lawn. There are more than 500 houses.

Nice apartment, surrounded by nature, nice hill view.Looks like an A khata property with STP, though little older apartment. It has guest parking and each block has only 2 apartment per floor, lets in ample light into rooms, with 2 side open.Couple issues are1. Cement factory nearby2. Very far from all civil ammenities, no hotel, hospital, bakery, bank and food vendor shop seen nearby.3. Road to apartment is not that great.Good part is near to NICE Road, big basket delivers almost everything, its a large apartment and you get help for everything. Place is very cool and calm.

Excellent Apartment In A City Like Bangalore and Good Ambience

Good community of 500+ flats with all basic amenities like club house, indoor games, swimming pool, park, kids play area, power backup. Pleasant for family with kids and aged people.

Big Apartment complex off Kanakapura Main road, Bangalore. Around 550 apartments are there in the complex. It has large are open area with moderate green cover. Lawns, sitting place, club house, DG back up are all there. Nice place to stay away from crowded city place in peaceful surroundings.Negative: It is far away from the basic daily needs required for maintaining a house. A vegetable vendor visits the complex twice in a week for meeting a part of the requirements. Own vehicle with driving knowledge is must to live here. Also roads to the place from main road are not good. Safety of persons during night is modest. Availability of public vehicles like Ola or Uber at early morning and after evening hours are very doubtful

A very nice housing society with a lot of Telugu speaking people and happy people. They have a beautiful swimming pool, an amazingly built indoor badminton court, a snooker room in the club house. The security guards are very helpful.

Nice place to stay. Comparatively Quiet and silent. Away from the city. Near to nice road junction at Kanakapura road. They charge 2k for tenants as move in and move out charges.

As of now(2019), There is heavy traffic to reach apartment from city because of road construction and metro construction. Usually its isolated from main city. Best for those who is looking for peace.

A remote calm and serene locality, its almost cut off from the chaotic city menaces like dust polutiom, traffic etc. A very good place for retired folks but a vechicle is necessary as no buses ply on this road. The Kumaran school is at a walkable distance which cut over the ever so busy Nice road via a road bridge. Metro is work in progress on the Kanakapura road so this is a good place to invest.

Very nicely located on the road leading to Kumarannas school, Mallasandra on K P main road...Metro rail work is under progress near by hence the values of surroundings increased dramatically... Apartment flats well planned with ample light and airy for comfortable living...The only problem is the approach road passes through a village which is very narrow and is crowded with Kumarans school busses...This reach of 400 mtrs. is horrible to negotiate...May get widened in future...🙏

Half Km further from holiday village resort..Nice place..Looking for particular block for the first time? Ask security where it is and move ahead...

Wanna give 5 star but holding 1 star for non dog loving people living here who object pet plays. I feel pity for such short brains who r deprived of pets unconditional love n they dont even realize tht life is for living not restricting.

I would have given a star more but didnt able to give bcoz of few people living in the society. They think the people who all are staying on rent are not bothered abt the apartments. But the truth is we pay our maintenence on time than the owners themselves.

Connectivity by auto and cabs very poor. Location is otherwise excellent and nice colony.
