I feel no better college than Oxford found in Bangalore. Its not exaggeration. Masters in Applied genetics is not easier without continuous lesson planning, practicals, seminars presentations etc. Our academic staff are so human resourceful to take care of us. We learnt a lot of technical support in attending online classes as the same feel of attending classroom. Thanks a lot. I am proud of my college.

I completed my post graduation in Applied Genetics from TOCS in 2016. The college has a good infrastructure, well equipped laboratories and a talented, experienced and dedicated teaching faculty. The college would host regular seminars for us to have an exposure to the current researches going on around the country and the world. My teachers always kept us inquisitive and motivated us and provided whatever support we needed to the best of their abilities. Im very thankful to them.

5 yrs I am studying here. Never come here by seeing google search. Its totally lie . Its good but not that good. Remember it is under Bangalore University. If somehow you get into Bangalore University you will not be able apply for different universities; you have to take a year break. Because the results and degree certificate use to come out so late,by that time almost all universities admission and entrance exam use to be finished.And college teaching is good, but management is worst.

The college is best for higher education. I would say my department (Applied Genetics) is the best. The teachers are helpful and loving. They clear the concepts of the topics in details. Apart from academics they also help us to develop soft skills.

Im doing my post graduate in Msc. Applied Genetics. The atmosphere was wonderful. It has lots of plants, beautiful classrooms and also bakeries and cafes available and also college canteen. There is also so many lab facilities, lots of books in library. The teachers of my department was so down to earth. They helped us in academics, career choices and also our personal problems. They will explain any doubts how much ever times we ask for. The college also conducts extra curricular activities both collegiate and intercollegiate. They even plan webinars to improve our communication skills, leadership skills, etc.

Hello everyone,Im Hari Krishnan S from Chennai, I did my Bachelors in Microbiology. I was a little bit confused about choosing my Master’s program. Either I want to go with a Masters in Microbiology or switch to some other program which has an interesting background on it and gives me deep knowledge in biology. Then I came across the program Masters in Applied Genetics at The Oxford College of Science affiliated to Bangalore University, with no hesitations I opted this program and started doing it. To be honest, this program has taught me even more than I thought. My HOD and Professors were so cooperative even in tough times they helped us and also motivated us a lot. Its not that simple to merge with a different community with a different languages. But I adopted easily because of my teachers, friends, seniors as well as juniors, they were so friendly. I just enjoyed my life in Oxford at Applied Genetics department especially, We organised a program called Genesis- a department function, where we conducted a lots of programs which is completely filled with happiness and yes we enjoyed a lot. There is lot to say about my experience. But I dont wanna eloborate it. And I never thought I will achieve this height in my life. I got a University Rank in Banglore University. I joined the college for EMCs course in 2017 and passing out this year. Its been a very pleasant experience here. The faculties are helpful and encouraging. Weve spent good 3 years in the college. I studied electronics and the department faculties helped us all a lot throughout the course. Placement department is too good and Im happy to say that Ive got 4 jobs in hand. More than 20 company placement takes place a year and all prestigious MNCs appear here.In whole it was a very good journey

I was a student of this college. The college has provided very good academic and technical support through out my degree. I was a student with EMCs Combination. The Electronics dept with a very good HOD, faculty support and upgraded lab has given a good experience about the syllabus and also about live world technologies through various workshops, project and other curricular activities. Coming to placements in college we students get to experience various companys interview and learn from them. I have been placed in 3 top MNCs and am personally satisfied with college🙂 .

Ive pursued my under graduation BSc Electronics 2015 to 18 in Oxford. College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. We have all the required laboratories like data structure lab, physics lab, chemistry lab, etc. College has an excellent infrastructure which includes e- library,, library, computer lab and everything you expect from a college. The professors are highly qualified and teaches very well. Especially we have a great n friendly atmosphere in Electronics department. The professors encourages and motivates you with which you are good. Overall the physical Science departmentiis the best in college.

I Manoj ,studied at Oxford College of Science (EMCs).The college has very friendly and supportive faculty.Electronics departament faculties very encouraging,helpful. The placements are really good and satisfactory with around 15 and more companies to explore.The department has provided updated technologies through workshops, PBL(Problem Based learning) and skills.

Worst college with worst management.Starting from the top knotch hirearchy all are ineffiecient in performing their roles.They will say that you are relieved and wont pay the salary and above that they will also not provide relieving letter or experience letter so that a person can join somwhere else. I think Karnataka government banned this college how BU approved this college everything doesnt work for money.They refer students to students to get admission in this college by saying if you bring one students minimum you will get 5k to 20k for MBA , this is there business to run this stupid college . Why need to give commission if the college has good reputation?? While you go for admission they will treat you like king after their work done you will struggle for your documents,slips, payments,etc,more....But all for money.I can give 0 (zero) star for Hsr layout branch.

One of the worst colleges in Bangalore please dont join the college and any of the courses ,they only need money they dont see students career ,one of my friend had some financial issues they requested the management (MsVINDHYA) that will pay the fees in next semester but the denied so he has wasted is one year and moreover no placements 100% i can assure you and you will get your marks card after 3years which is another 3 years after completion of your course .

It is loosing its name and fame just the management system in office and by few faculty. I have completed my MSc in 2014 and yet to get my Convocation certificate. Worst experience I have ever had. No proper response, I have to mention the name (Mohan from office) is very rude in answering he doesnt value our time and efforts reaching him, He neglects so much!! and I have been asking for my convocation since years and not getting it. I took 2 years to finish my PG and 4 years to get my degree certificate. This is so PATHETIC!!

The worst college to Study in. Had results delayed due to which i had to write a supplementary exam and neither principal nor director cared to check this. Has big campus but small heart to allow people to use it. my class was in 5th floor but we werent allowed to use lift and we climbed daily for 3 years. HODs are so mean and unsupportive (except for Zoology dept). Have to take No Due slip each time you apply for something. i had to take this even after 2 years of pass out. That shows how mindful they are of money and not of people.They market their college is all states and once the students are trapped they go for hunt again. No proper support of career guidance, personality development, extra curricular activity, sports etc. we need to pay to participate in inter college debates too. we arent allowed to clap or make noise during college day event too. If we do then director beats us black and blue.Business, business, business...
