Its really disheartening to note that a brand like printo delivers sub standard printing work.I had given my team running t-shirt for printing (36 nos. to be precise and good quality expensive ones). They not only charged heavily and took the money upfront (Rs.10 thousand) but did a pathetic job with the printing.Their own employees at the branch accepted that the printing was not what was promised. They dont respond to my emails either. They promised a refund for their deplorable job but in vain.I would not recommend this branch with your valuable goods, money or time.

You think Ill be having order num, To have a order number first your staff should respond properly only then a customer will place a order. Making a customer to wait for more than 20minutes without even asking why the hell he is standing there and when a lady enters entertain her. And you feel I will be having a order number.

Cant even print a single photo without converting it to pdf and then they are even unable to print all the photos claiming that photos are not getting converted to pdf! This is absolutely ridiculous. Had the worst experience. The photos were all JPGs

Very rude staff, they do not value other peoples time. May be the management should put up boards for lunch time, tea time etc rather than wasting peoples time. Upon asking the store manager is like we are also working, as if others are here to watch them work. Totally disappointed, and this has happened repeatedly for a few times.

Good experience.Franklin is the guy to go to, he gave really good service. He was quick and apt, both in terms of explaining and taking actions. I went there and came back with the printed stickers in the visit I met him within a timeframe of 20 minutes or so.Can’t say the same about others though.

I found this place a bit expensive and super crowded. From past experience quality is good. I had to wait for 20 minutes just to get an estimate for printing 1000 pages. Finally had to leave without getting the job finished because of the wait time.

Lethargic attitude....they take too much time....After all discussion, they say printer is not working. The person is on phone when the customer is standing over the counter. You can close the counter service so that we can also speak over the phone. This is the second time we are getting this kind of response from your staff. Either, you close this business if you cannot serve the customers.

Quite convenient. They do a reasonable job most of the time though not always. But they do correct when needed, which makes it alright.

I got a work of getting HD prints of few photographs that I had arranged together done here. It was such a pleasure doing business with them. They are ready to print for you samples to get fair idea of how the output would look like. many other prominent shops had disappointed me by not trying to meet my requirements, but forcing me to bend my requirements to their convenience - arrogance of being the market leader.

Very professional and great quality. They give the correct information and deliver before promised time. They even suggest cheaper options. Usually extremely crowded so wait time is forever. Would be great if they hired more staff and expanded the store.

Worst experience!I had ordered for a Mug, i had to visit many times just for a Mug. When ever i call and check whether my order is ready or no ?He used to answer that it will arrive tomorrow.Yet, it took more than 10days for them to deliver.

Very bad experience I had today with Printo staffs- unprofessionals, no proper response or guidence for printing & print quality n cutting was not done properly and size of the card reduced... OVERALL PATHETIC SERVICE, regretting now for choosing their services

They do a good job. They have really nice customizable gifts. Friendly towards customer. Only issue I noticed is they have a small place hence small printers.if it is Emergency large number of prints I dont recommend this place.
