Here is a organisation living in denial. They want to charge 2.50 for a single sided black and white photocopy. What any free scan app can do from your smart phone, they want are charging Rs 15 for (scan and save to pdf). Wake up folks otherwise there will be one more case study of an organisation that failed to adapt to changing times.

Super super ignorant staff and slow service. Doesnt care to see who is waiting and from how long. Waited for more than an hour to find out that the work cannot be done. Wow. Utter time waste.

I had ordered printed masks on website and choose to collect it from this store. Even after 10 days, no update on the order. I had to call customer care and even visit this store twice to enquire about the same. Its been more than 2 weeks, yet to receive the masks. Overall very bad experience.

One of the worst service in jp nagar the designer staff is so rude and money minded. They lout money like anything with unwanted things. With out doing work they want to so bill. I visited orinto after few days and the worst staff. I felt like they are uneducated and all tamil guys. They spoke in tamil between them and made so worst. Worst serVice and I never recommend this store to anyone. Old staff was best snd this is worst staff. Mansgnent should take a call on this and check cctv of the store how they behaved. I had given a desktop calendar for printing. The part of the calendar which had dates had different background colors in each page. In the printed version, background color was missing in some of the pages, leaving it white. Also, each page had a bird photo. The bird photos were dark in color with too much of blacks. They said this is the max we can get in digital printing. I then went to a local person and the quality was much better. In fact, printo was so bad in comparison that I should rate their quality in negative 5.

Highlight of the Printo - JP Nagar, very useful staffs with good knowledge on the products. Lot of options for gifting.Color printing is crisp and value for money.Overall, thumbs up.

My go to place for certificate, photo printing and framing.. They will give you instantly.. Like in 15 mins.. They ll also help you with nice photo gifts and photo gifting options, the staff also are very friendly, rates are OK.. They can reduce than their current rates

Cheap printing done fast. The only thing Im dissapointed about is that stores only print upto A3 for bigger sizes, it takes them 2 to 3 days to deliver. Apart from that, its the place I recommend and go to for all my printing needs.

Printo JP Nagar branch is a decent place to get all your printing needs, the brand is great for few things and isnt good for few things. I usually get my digital photos printed to keep them in physical frames at home and they do a very nice job in printing and at the same time charging me less.

Had a great experience getting some large custom size photos printed. Initially enquired over phone and the support person was very informative. After confirmation that they print the size needed, I went to the store. The experience was great again. The executive was very professional, courteous and efficient. It took about 10 minutes to get the photos printed and the quality was good. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Lack of editing skills and not well trained/unknown about collage skills.The person who is taking order only doing the all the editing work and there is no professional to work on editing the photos/arrange the photos in right order for collage picture. Creating the collage in old format and still using the normal template to collage photos.Technically not qualified professionals for editing work.Services is very good, please work on editing section..

They take forever to even take up your work. There are 5 working computers but only 2 incredibly slow staff who take orders from you. I have been waiting here for over 10 minutes now (trust me I counted) AND THEY HAVENT EVEN TAKEN MY PENDRIVE TO GET A PRINT YET. Im literally writing this review AT Printo. That should tell you how long it has been since I got here. Long enough for me to type this review that long.

One of the worst experience I had huge requirement for phamplets and brochure called these center some lady answered I asked her to share der mail id to my phone she said she cant send it in these hard tomes people r looking for opportunities and they r not even co operative ☺️

Over the last several years Ive used the JP Nagar Printo, primarily to create posters and other collateral for our office. My experience today (mid-day just before 1pm) was that a staff member was available to attend to me immediately, take a PDF from my memory stick and get me an A3-sized poster. Their software to seemed to have an enormous number of options to be clicked before being printed - luckily the young woman who attended to me seemed to know what she was doing. All in all - short, expeditious service that met my needs. In the past, Ive had to wait a bit longer than I would have thought necessary, but today had a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Great experience at Printo this morning. Very polite staff Sneha Lata who took care of a very long queue of impatient customers. It would be nice if there were one or 2 more staff at the start of day as there was quite a large crowd of people and some were even calling on the phone. Overall, very good customer support.

They have to make sure that customer spent in their office minimum time as possible. Its true they have lot of customers, but most of time they come with lots of complaints. I have same experience. Their quality of print is just fine but need to make sure they understan the requirement well. Else customer has to spend lot of time explaining their needs.

Great place to get customized designs printed.I had designed my own wedding invitation card and wanted to get it printed with them.Kavya (at Printo on 22nd, Oct 2019) gave me some really good inputs related to the type of paper i should choose, the orientation of the pages etc. She got some prototypes printed and then we finalized it. The print quality as well as the final finish was excellent.Thanks to Kavya and the team.

Today at 1:30 pm we went to printo jp nagar Branch Bangalore to print just 25 sheets on glossy paper and bind it. The printing lady by name Kavya took the job.We had a horrible 3 hours of experience by the time we could get these 25 sheets printed and bound.Feedback on Kavya:1. She simply doesnt know her work- technically not qualified.2. Doesnt communicate despite repeated requests3. For printing 25 sheets she wasted 50 sheets because of errors in formatting before giving it for print. She blames the computers and blames the documents and the files. She doesnt accept that she doesnt know her work.4. Despite repeated requests there was no help from the other personnel to get the printing done for us.5. We were asked to pay money before the printing and binding was done. Hence we couldnt walk away from the store.We felt printo had a great reputation of customer service however the service that we received today would deserve a feedback score of 1 out of 5.Hope printo takes this feedback and fixes the issue of attitude and arrogance.Printing 25 sheets Im afraid did not require 3 hours.RegardsVishwanath

I have ordered few customized mugs from printo, and I was disappointed by seeing the quality of the cups.. It started to crack as soon as we pour hot water into it. It was just of pathetic quality.

1. The delivery was delayed abnormally2. The finish is not at all satisfactory3. I was told my product was already delivered.... Then after a lot time wasted, they found the product.

The store manager Gowtham was very professional and happy with his responsiveness

I ordered print online. They took 3 days yet did deliver the print, that too simple single A1 size. After so many days I had no use of the print so requested money back, which they denied. So after 3 days did not print but just took Rs 600!!

Had a very bad experience even after waiting in the shop for 2 hours and pointing problem Printo team created. Got a visiting card which is not usable. So of the things printed in that is not readable. This was noticed them while proofing but they didnt fixed it for the final bulk printing. Waste of money.

Courteous staff. Thats the only reason why I have given 2 stars. Otherwise very worst experience at this branch. Poor quality print, workmanship and they take hell a lot of time just to print one set of 2 pages. Suprising the store had no other customer that they were attending too when I was there. 5 staff members out of which 1 was attending to me and the rest four whiling away their time to glory.This is not a bad review about Printo but about this outlet specifically. I had great customer experience at HSR layout outlet but J.P Nagar is nothing close to it. Nothing personal about HSR outlet, but feeling cheated thinking that the quality standards would be standard across outlets.

Highly incompetent staff and very poor customer service. Had emailed with follow-up call asking for an urgent print out, early this afternoon. Now they are calling me and telling me it will take time and cannot be delivered before Monday. Zero accountability for work and no proper system. Avoid this outlet at all costs.

If you are having a ready business card soft copy then it will be best...But the service and speed of getting done your work is fast.

The worst service ever found in any photo shops.The time taken for a single photo frame of 12*18 premium frame is 1:45hrs which is insane. The attitude of them is one among the worst. They are least bothered about the customer satisfaction and the bill isnt given. The wrapping is soo done which is taken 20mins. That person named Adher is the main reason for all the bad experience I have had today.

Got my visiting card done here within 30 mins. They would just do fine for your urgent needs. Dont expect great designs. If some thing special get it designed outside.

Good for getting your design needs if its in less quantities as many other printers speak of volumes.. But expensive as they are they only people catering to lesser quantities..
