Unprofessional and unreliable!!! They missed the deadline of my Offset printing order and kept lying saying that it was ready. They take payments upfront which means the customer is at their mercy if the printing is late. To make matters worse they will switch off their phones if they know that they cant meet the printing deadline that they have shared!!!!
