Pandemic handling was not good. Of all problems, did not allow to work from outside Bangalore, citing old IP theft policies. While many other companies found a way to ship and allow working from out of bangalore, here no steps were taken. Remember, had to scan laptop in and out everyday till pre pandemic, technological advancement is not their forte. Like another review mentioned, Bangalore management is more regressive.Lot of redundant resources in middle to senior management. Directors, People managers, agile trainers and coaches (there is nothing agile in their agile methodology anyway), event organizers, etc. Significant chunk of zebra bangalore population. Their job pre pandemic - talk loud, walk busy, hog up meeting rooms and put up a facade that they are doing something critical. Enter pandemic and WFH, no one knows or cares if they are still in payroll. No wonder these guys are aggressive towards opening up offices and limiting WFH, just for their longevity, relevance and survival.

Good company to settle, market leader in their domain. Top management is pretty good, but local bangalore management is still stuck in past. If you think outside the box or different things, you will be discouraged. But a good place to rut in the loop.Career growth is limited as the company is top heavy. Especially if you are stuck under Nabi, as your career depend on how well you kiss his you know that. Mind you, hes got a humongous one

Worst interview experience for Bigdata technology in Managerial round... .I requested all who are looking at the post it is completely waste of time to give interview Zebra technology.... . Manager doesnt have any knowledge the technology what ever you will answer he will just ignore. ..Its a request to Zebra HR team dont waste our valuable time by allowing those kind of people for wasting our time.... I will circulate this message to all my colleagues as my experience is 10 years and I have big friend circle in IT field....thanks Zebra for wasting time
