Amazing

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Horrible service. On a Monday night, it took them 40 minutes to serve 1 burger and a *cup* of fries. No “sorry”, no apologies, they didn’t even bother to come up with an excuse. I had to leave my seat in the middle of the movie to go get the food that I over payed for!I’m never associating myself with this place again.

I was here for a movie ,went to buy coffee during the break,me along with few pple are waiting in the que and one gentleman ( not gentle man actually or else he would not have barged in between the que ) comes from nowhere and gives the attender (Ranjitha ) money takes his coffee and goes. I asked the lady how can you do that all are wtng here in the que ,u need to tell the customer to come in the que and not attend to such things,she was least bothered to look at me and answer,another lady appologised, I sd she needs to not you even then that girl Ranjitha dint bothered .this is not the attitude customer service shud have .

It keeps me thinking what made me order from this place. Ordered Paneer Sandwich and chicken burger. They came to deliver it after 30 mins, though they mentioned the same before taking the order. We were fine with it, however they gave our order to incorrect seat in theatre. After 5 iterations and 1 and half hour later, finally our order got delivered. Nothing great about the food to mention about, and it was overcharged.Horrible experience!
