Really great business and provided salvation after our washing machine packed up. Great to know this kind of service still exists and is so close to where I am now.I forget her name, but the lady there was very friendly and helpful. Turnaround time was ridiculous, same day if you drop it early enough! They can do quilts, curtains, removable upholstery... Its cash only at the moment, but thats little bother with a cash machine just down the road and extremely reasonable prices. I paid £10 for three full baskets worth!They do professional or domestic services, highly recommended for either.

Great little launderette, I dont have a washer/dryer in my flat so use them for my personal laundry. About £7.50 for wash and dry, which the staff always offer to do for me and hand back neatly folded. Can get very busy as they mostly do commercial laundering so call ahead to check availability if you need your stuff done quickly.

Ive been coming here for a couple of years and Ive had great experiences with the owner (woman with long, black hair), but every so often I go and theres a woman with short red hair working and she is honestly so rude. Every single time the owner is working she is so friendly and accommodating. Every time I go and the woman with red hair is working, she says I cant drop off my laundry no matter how early it is and even when there are open washers and dryers. This has happened several times. Unfortunately, theres no way of knowing who is going to be there when I walk 20 min with my heavy laundry, so I think Ill have to take my business elsewhere. If I knew the owner would be there Id go in a heartbeat! But I cant justify it anymore knowing that I might have to carry my heavy laundry all the way home for no reason other than the fact that this one woman seems to not want my business.

Arrived with mixed clothes and bedding, was greeted by the friendliest Woman who told me the time when it would all be completed. Everything was clean and even folded for me. Really impressed and will be back.

New to Sheffield and found this excellent little laundry. Near the uni law building. Came back for my washing later the same day and it was perfect.

Excellent deal tbh, quite frankly it works well for me to pay a very reasonable fee for not having the means to wash my own laundry

I wash my coat in this laundry several weeks ago. And I forgot check it when I taken it. Today, when I want to wear this coat, I find the button was broken. I never heard some laundry shop can do this stupid thing .

Used laundry for first time. staff were really welcoming and happy to spend time explaining procedure for use. was able to do in 2 loads what would usually be 4 in home machine at reasonable cost and time. I was almost 3 hrs late back to get washing from machine and rather than being annoyed that Id caused inconveniences for them and other customers the staff had dried and folded my washing for me. they were absolutely lovely and Im definetly use them again and recommend. they also offer a number if additional services that i intend using ie carpet cleaning etc.

Run by the most lovely woman ever who is always happy to help. Great facilities and reasonable pricing. All round fantastic service :)

I have just renewed my company laundry contract with Laundrypoint Ltd. Absolutely first class service.

Cant fault them. Needed a king size duvet cleaned. Dropped it in around midday and collected it just after 3pm. Not cheap but not expensive and the chap is very friendly. Apparently they do a collect and drop off service too which Ill need to investigate.

Poor dry cleaning skills. would not recommend. Had my dress two weeks and looked the same as when it went in.

Absoutely amazing service!! I needed a suit dry cleaning in an emergency. Got it back to me in less than 24 hrs!! Very very impressed fully recommend!!

Used the express dryclean service for my suit (24hrs). Was guaranteed it for Friday morning ( not 24hrs but hey) as I needed it for 3pm. Didnt get the suit back till 2pm, no apology for the delay. Didnt come back with the proper suit hangers, came back on one wire hanger. Not an express service and overall poor Customer service.

Went in there today and staff were so rude! I trekked up a hill for 25 mins to reach the launderette and reached at a minute past 5. Was basically told to go away as they were “closing in a minute”.I said i thought that they closed at 6 and the woman rudely had a go at me saying “yeah it’ll take more than an hour!”. When i said i’d only use the rapid cycle she rolled her eyes at me and said “yeah that takes an hour!” and closed the door on me.

It is not easy to find a good laundromat in the UK, but in Sheffield, the price is reasonable and the results are very satisfactory. Ive been to downtown and many other places, but its hard to find a house thats as cheap and good as this one.
