Big time liars and not responding to calls. I took an annual package for pest control with them. Mr Rajendra was the person dealing my calls. After the first visit and getting their payment, he became totally non responsive. They are supposed to make 4 visits in a year. But now he has stopped attending my calls and doesn’t reply to my messages either. He shared a contact of one of his colleagues earlier. But she keeps giving false promises regarding their scheduled visit. Highly unprofessional jokers.

We took service from arrow pest control and trust me they are really good at what they do. punctual great commitment and reasonable price. we were having bed bugs at our place. But after taking services I dont see a single bed bug in my room . I would highly recommend someone who wants to go for a bed bug service then go for it.

Excellent service. My flat had bedbug problem. After contacting them they have sent exterminator the next day itself. after some sprays and fumigation almost hundreds of bedbugs n cockroaches were dead. cost is reasonable ... worth it.

We were really tensed with the bed bugs..they assured us not to worry. They were ontime and did their job well. Its around 2 weeks and we dint spot any bugs. So thankful for your service.

I dont think so they are done service or not, for me I got non professional and bad service from arrow, cockroaches are free to walk in my place....once service is done...

The service provided is excellent!! They give warranty period for 1 year which other agencies dont.
