I went to the actual store and asked if I could avail their service.The guy at the counter took my number and promised to come pick up the clothes.Couple of days later, got a call from some call center lady who was wanted me to download their app and book from there. I refused because that is how companies like these wash their hands off accountability. You book a service, they lose your clothes, burn your shirt and you cant hold them accountable.2 more days pass by and I get a call from the original store person and he wants to come pick up my clothes; he does so promptly.I dont get the weight of the garments, doesnt bring a weighing hook for some reason.Some days pass by and I call them. Nobody picks up. I go to the store, its shut.Today is the 6th day, finally saw their store was open. The clothes were ready, but apparently they were waiting for payment and I was supposed to check my email.I had no emails from them, I took my clothes and paid in cash(a higher than average fee, as they never showed me the weight). They took an additional 15mins to get change.Overall a terrible experience, honestly most things can be fixed to make this a 5 star. You have to care about your customers, I dont even care about the higher fee. If only you came on time to pickup, delivered on time and picked up calls.

I have been using their steam ironing service for past 2 months. The ironing quality is great. Delivery is also on time always. The store person Harish is also very helpful. Only drawback is that they used excessive packaging for Shirts. They use plastic clips which is not environmentally sustainable. I hope they make suitable changes.But I found the dry cleaning service bit on the expensive side when compared to competition.

Value for money... timely delivery...can improve on quality a bit more...

I have been using Dhobiwala services via their app from the last 1 month. Initially the service was prompt and timely for couple of orders /requests placed. Post that the service has been bit lacking in terms of delivery timelines & communication. My last order for basic wash & iron has took more than a week.However the moment I complained, I got a call from their customer care the very next morning and the order delivered.
