My experience with Proptension has been going great since I moved to Bangalore in 2018. I came across an ad on the housing portal and since than it had been easy process throughout whether its about seeing the property, movement to the house, maintenence while moving to the property and yearly Renewals. They are very responsive and listen to the problems or issues and help within quick time. One can reach out to them if want hassle free process of property lookout and management .

My experience with proptension was very smooth& excellent. Not only in identifying tenants and finalising, they take care of the end-to-end work including repairs & servicing etc to ensure the place is brought back to usable condition during change of tenant etc Status update on the work and identification of tenant was pro-active. you just need to sign-off an agreement and continue your job / business at peace

The service they are providing kinda overwhelmed me and so i cant stop praising them here. I was searching for a rent house to stay for an a year in Bangalore. After a good amount of research and reference from some of my friends, i have decided to go with a property management company instead of brokers in market.This has been the best decision i have ever taken, I completely forgot about the hassles of landlords property repairs to paper work they took care of everything.Their terms are very straight and clear.

Very nice company for property management. It all happens with a very nice team work. They found a tenant very quickly. All discussions happen upfront without wasting any time later. Finding a nice accommodation with all basic amenities in Bangalore was very challenging for me. I contacted few agents but they were charging too much. One of my colleagues told me appropriateness and asked me to seek their help. I thought this must be the same but when I talked with their representative, I felt relief. In very less time, they managed to find a suitable apartment for me. Now I am enjoying my stay in the city. This all was possible because of Proptension.

Renter? Well, stay away.Few things will happen. 1) After all the discussions, and move in, they will all service charge etc., you cant do much then. 2) rental agreement will come to you when you move in, again too late. 3) They will tell you they have goons to collect rent etc. 4) Calls will threaten you if you challenge them on who need to fix etc. 5) If a random person write a review, they will call YOU, the new tenant asking why you wrote bad review, and again, call from different numbers to threaten you + remove the review. You might not even know about the review. 6) Deposit return is the best part. They will try to delay the return and maximize moving expenses. Take my word for it. Best of luck!

I handed over my property to Proptension last year in August. We have a one year deal over this matter. So, far I haven’t faced any problem with them. Mr. Ramesh is quite a nice guy and knows how to deal with others professionally. I am very much impressed with his work ethics. He is managing my property like he is doing for his own. I am not required to visit there every time as he is taking care of each and everything. This has made me free from property tension. They solve a problem of every flat owner who wants to rent his flat -end to end management of your flat . The team is young and very customer friendly and focussed . The place is run by a young entrepreneur and understand your issues and concerns quickly resolves it . I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to rent out his flat .

They will collect every information from owners like bank account,Pan Card details and finally they will say no.They are looting owners and taking huge amount from owners and lot of restrictions and terms and conditions. Compare to owners they are getting more profit my sincere advice dont trust this company.
