Have been using Band Box for the last 30 years.....this company is very reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend this brand for dry cleaning for all kinds of clothes

Good job done. Darning also nice. Only issue payment to be effected in cash only The owners have Sam indifferent attitude towards introducing any UPI.Telephone no mentioned in I-Net is wrong. No one can contact them. Very pathetic!!

Laundry for special clothing

Quality ok...3/5, as I hav keep repeating same clthes again for redoing it.They only want CASH PAYMENT.......which is very inconvenient to pay...Such a big enterprise and only wants cash...rediculo ous...have brought of couple of times with them,but they seem to be very indifferent towards this.

Payment mode is only cash, and now Google Pay also.

Few months back I gave one silk saree of wife for dying a particular colour as per their colour chart. They got some different colour other than what I asked for. When I objected for the same, the gentleman instead of cutting a sorry figure argued with me, I asked him to compensate as the saree was worn by my wife in our marriage, the attachment can be understood. He then told me that nothing can be done by him and I need to call up to their head office at Banerghata. After a lot of time and toil I could contact the head office and they said now that nothing can be done we will dye some other colour over the saree as per the colour that will suit. I want to know do we wear clothes as per our choice or someone elses choice? Now comes the better part of story, that is, when I and my wife lastly went to the shop to take back the saree and when I turned back after coming down from the shop, the gentleman and one of the lady who are working on the shop, instead of cutting a sorry figure were smiling on our back. Their is no option for giving NIL STAR, otherwise I would have given the same. I advice not to visit the shop. Local dry cleaners are far better.
