I have been using their services for last 4 months, I even pay for pick up and drop which is okay.. I dont mind doing that however, my clothes still had stains after the wash.. every time I used to give them the laundry load, I would include the previously washed clothes too that werent cleaned properly, paying for them again but every single time they came back just the same, even after repeated reminders about the issue.They exhibited no concern whatsoever. Finally my last load with them, I spoke to almost everyone there and told them that if they dont clean the stains I am not going to pay.. well I finally got the load back next day and I found e t-shirts still with the stains which they said they couldnt remove and 2 white t-shirts missing.Being naive, I had already made the payment before I opened the lot.I called them and told them that two of my t-shirts are missing. I had asked them to get rid of the stains ... Not the clothes containing them.First the lady on the phone argued that she had out the clothes in the potli herself including the two white t-shirts as she had to wash them again and they were not able to get rid of common food stainsI then spoke to the manager and told him that I didnt get 2 T-Shirts back and there was no reason for me to say it otherwise.Instead he started asking me if I received a blue t-shirt that didnt belong to me.This means that my missing t-shirts were not the only missing clothes at their laundry services.I usually dont give a 1 star but this was a horrible experience.2 T-Shirts from decathlon and a single sock from jockey.. who is going to be responsible for my loss? The laundry service should either find my missing clothes or reimburse the cost of my product.

Service is very good. Always fast and properly cleaned clothes. I definitely recommend this place if you need professional service it’s right here.

Had the worst experience. They ruined two shirts and they didnt even notice it till I ask them about. When I took it to their notice they blamed me stating that the shirts condition were the same before I gave them and its not their fault. Single star is also too much I feel. I wont recommend this place to anyone. Zero customer service

They misplaced my pillow cover once. Other time they swapped my clothes with other persons. If you want to donate your clothes to some stranger then this is the best place for you.

These people will never give clothes back on time. Everytime they have a reason to delay. Though the clothes will have a delivery of next day, still they cannot complete work on time.Fed up with the service here.

By far the worst laundry service Wash n Wear. (and we are corporate clients who had asked all of our customers to use their services, only to be on the receiving end of damaged clothing & a plethora of complaints on a daily basis).Arrogant employees who are rude and don’t know how to talk to anyone especially senior citizens.If you are a company that provides services especially a singular service like laundry and make it a routine practise to ruin the clothes, then please do everyone a favour and put that in your disclaimer that the probability of damage is higher than of you getting clean clothes in the state that you sent it.

Customer services is very worst and they r not responsible there staff r relay very worst .Worst service ever.. they have lost some 10 clothes of mine.. The worst part is of the whole lot given , 50% were my husbands clothes , 20% furnishings and only 30% were my clothes. And only my clothes are missing from the lot selectively..
