A team of 4 men came late for home deep cleaning by 1.5 hours. By then we unfortunately had a water issue which affected the wet cleaning. The Supervisor - one among the four was in-organized and was trying to delay the dry cleaning until the water supply resumed. They didnt have a proper vacuum cleaner and floor scrubbing machine. To our surprise and shock they cleared the roof cobwebs using a dry mop stick instead of sucking those in using the vacuum cleaner.We found them climbing on to and standing on kitchen slabs and toilet commodes which could have risked breaking those. When the water supply resumed, they cleaned the bathrooms and left leaving all the dirt and waste on the bathroom floors making them look dirtier than before.Overall, we found them to be an unprofessional team when compared to the previous teams we had hired before.
