Hospital has all facilities to treat the emergency and covid patients..The hospital has good ambience and advanced facilities, the patients are treated like family, must appreciate patience of the nurses here, they take very good care of you..The staff was also good. Overall the hospital looks like a 5 star hotel than the hospital..

I rate 5/5 for the obg team. I couldnt have gotten a better obstetrician if I tried. Dr Indira Reddy mam was so supportive and helpful from day 1. Even during the pandemic times she helped us by all means of communication be it online consultation or phone calls. She did not mind one bit when we disturbed her for silliest doubts. She guided us with utmost patience. I had to undergo a emergency C section due to premature rupture of membranes , the care and support I received from Dr.Indira Reddy mam and her team was incredible . Would like to thank them for the same . Would definitely recommend the dynamic doctor to everyone. She is one of the most experienced and one of the best in the field.However we had a complete opposite reaction regarding the pediatric department. My babies were in the nicu and the information we received when they were there was either minimal to nil or wrong. Though 2D echo was done on 3rd day and we repeatedly kept asking regarding the reports we were informed about the reports only on the 6th day. They took forever for every small thing. When the pediatrician finally advised shift of babies to ward on 6th day in the morning, the nurses took forever because they did not want to receive the babies in their shift. Discharge took hours together .Most of the Nursing staff and receptionist Were a total disaster. 100s of supervisors walk in every morning without knocking or waiting to be called in to ask for reviews but nothing is done according to what they promise. The dieticians kitchen department is absolutely horrible. Doors of the wards donot have a single latch . So if the patient or attender wants to some privacy be it even to nurse or pump breast milk there is none at all . some random person even walked in asking to see the twins . When asked which patient is she looking for she said no no I dont know the patient I just want to see the twins . thats how unsafe the wards are. Overall experience caused a lot of mental distress on us. Absolutely worst care from the team. Being doctors ourselves we expected much better care and response from such a reputed hospital. Imagine our surprise when we later visited a different pediatrician of our choice in a different hospital only to find out half the things including such a long nicu stay was absolutely unnecessarily done. And that the nicu incharge is not a neonatologist at all. Would absolutely not recommend pediatric team of this hospital.If not for Dr Indira mam and our greatest respect and regards for her we would never step into this hospital

The operation was conducted the very same day of admission after doing the preoperative test etc. The doctors visited the patient regularly during the stay at the hospital. The para medical staff attended the patient very well. The house keeping staff also do thier duties well in time. I appreciate the work of all the staff. The patient got very good treatment during the stay.

My experience with Dr. Shantala was wonderful. She is friendly, caring, supportive and very kind. She gives plenty of time to explain things very clearly and never rush. She was always been frank in her approach that gave me so much confidence. She made sure that I will have the best possible treatment and also most safe experience especially during this pandemic time. She handled the whole delivery so well and even post pregnancy care was well managed. I would highly recommend this doctor as a must visit doctor for your pregnancy. Inspite of knowing the fact that there is an imperfection and negligence, I still approached Dr Satish, Dr Basavaraj and now Mrs Jaba requeating for true picture of the operation carried around BSK branch on 21st July 2021..need a medical investigation ..Requesting responsible authorities to give kind reply. Be empathetic and have compassion towards the parents who come for help for medical help.. we pay  our hard earned money to the hospital for their services..I am sure authorities are humans and they have families and kids.. Had it happend to your kid what would you people have done..  it is an insult to humanity and people do not give reply appropriate and do not care..Agreived parents want reply for this.medical negligence, till today kid is.not able to write his exam.Investigate the radius distal ortho operation on 21st July 2021 at kumaraswamy layout branch by Dr Basavaraj and Dr Satish. Why a simple operation could not performed..need an enquiry..Trauma to parents and 13 years boy had to undergo operation twice in 15 days . Kid had 13th birthday on 3rd. Till now he has not recovered

Sagar Hospital has the worst service and blood sucking hospital. They prefer patients with no insurance, if you do not have insurance please do not visit this hospital for any service. All they care about is money, especially if they know you dont have insurance they will charge unnecessarily for all kinds of unwanted tests and treatments. They have the worst Radiology department. Because of Radiologists mistakes we have to bear the cost for repeating the MRI or CT Scans... they do not care to explain why they are doing so many tests CT scans or MRI tests, totally irresponsible. They dont care to give reports for MRIs , only the bill says that they have done MRI a million times. The doctors there dont give reports but charge insane amount for consultation on the bill. The canteen sends unnecessary food without any consultation. Best is to avoid this unless you have good insurance and dont pay from your pocket. Insurance has become a big racket and scam for hospitals like this,...

This is a very good hospital with caring medical and non medical staff. Doctors are very helpful and understanding. Every hospital makes money but here one can feel the human touch of the treatment. The insurance department is very helpful. Of course they charge a bit more for all the services.

Was provided with excellent care in the hospital with regards to a small procedure. My husband Srinath is undergone a crainotomy surgery in Sagar hospital tilak nagar due to brain hammerage. It is done by Doctor Manmeet Singh. Before starting the surgery he told me saving the life of the patient is my main moto. If you agree I will do the surgery. He might loose his right side because the problem is focusing on his left side, which can be treated through physiotherpy later.Same day morning everything went on well. But in the evening it is noticed by him that again there is a bleed. Doctor told the same thing to us & also recommended for one more surgery immediately. We had also agreed without any delay. Everything got over in the midnight successfully.Later due to many reasons it made him to to be in ICU 50 Days. Those days Doctor encouraged me to overcome the situation bravely. Daily he use to tell me about positive things. And his team also excellent. We are coming out of everything now. Many thanks to him & his entire team.

From the instant I contacted Mr Jagan Sagar, for admission , I was made to feel very comfortable. the attention and promptness with which we were attended to on arrival and admission process was impressive. We were under the care of Dr Jagadeesha Chandra who is one of the best doctors I have come across in terms of empathy, communication with patients, professionalism and enthusiasm. I went to consult Dr. Manmeet singh for my slip disk (L5 s1), was wery happy with the explanation of facts and the procedure and felt very confident to get the surgery done! I had above 90% compression and the pain was unbearable, right after the surgery the pain was relaved and I slowly started to walk from the next day, and after 15 day now Im almost back to my normal! Really grateful for the help and support I got.

Totally waste of money and time..there are too busy in there own problems... They took 3 days after that they gave ne wrong result after treatment.. without asking me they gave me an injection that was not required also for a small issue they asked me to do many treatment after that they gave wrong information. Thank to other hospital others this hospital staffs and doctors were trying to convince me for surgery.. worst experience

My experience in sagar hospital is by admitting my father for lobotomy by Dr.rajashekhar reddy our nations renowned cardiothoracic surgeon. He and his team did wonderful surgery this month. With in five day discharged actively.ward staff attending patient and cleanliness need more attention

I was in this hospital at Tilaknagar between 7/5 to 12/5 under the Cardio care department under DR Shyamsundar assisted by Dr Monica. I had a very pleasant experience considering that it was a very peak and challenging Covid second wave time. I must also mention specially w.r.t the department secretariat Ms. Hemalatha who was very efficient right from the day of my admission and till the last day 12/5/21 when I got discharged. Her help in coordinating with insurance dept and billing and discharge as well as ensuring the Lab reports reach me post discharge is all worth appreciating! She was present on 12/5 evening late till i was discharged and all formalities were completed. Good job!

My aged parents are regular visitors here and we have constantly been in and out of this hospital for almost 10 years.Though the doctors are OK, off late, the support staff and nursing service has deteriorated horribly. The apathy towards patients shows in their expression and body language and they need to constantly be reminded of what they need to do. In many cases, repeated reminders just fall on deaf ears. I have even had an instance where I asked the floor duty doctor for help and she said that her job was just to supervise the nurses and she would send help when the nurse comes back.I wouldnt recommend this hospital for inpatient services where patient constantly needs to be cared for.

Looting people - charging 1300 for single test. Mahalingam and Mahadev operating this Covid test scam where Mahadev comes home to take sample without any PPE kit or face shield. They promise 2 days but give result after 3 days and not sure if they are even putting the sample for proper testing. As my wife had symptoms tested negative but when she had it tested at another lab she was positive. Mahalingam wont give the bill even after multiple requests. Eventually he gives bill only for 800 rupees and putting 500 in his pockets. Shame on Sagar Hospital for keeping such fraud staff. Mahalingam should be immediately fired from his services.

Worst hospital..I would have lost my life..mainly dont ever go near Dr k.n.n pai...very careless doctor..a general doctor is better than him please remove him from your hospital if not many people will loose there life with his careless ness...if he doesnt know how to treat covid patients he should not attend at all...I am writing this with my own experience.this all faced by my husband when I was admitted in hospital..when I was admitted in hospital I had only 2 patches out of 40 but with this doctor treatment it became 38/40 with in 2 days...so called dr. K n n pai after 3 days of carless ness treatment he said I will not be ready in the last moment..but by God grace I was shifted to other another hospital and after 18days of treatment I am ok now and recovering...this is the careless treatment given by Sagar appollo..I think you need to shut the hospital..instead of killing others life.

I came here for covid test at 9am , took token and waited till 2pm (5hours) hours for my turn . Not many people , but very slow staff and they charge you 800. Please go to Jayadeva or any other government hospital . Please dont come here for covid test . Doctors and staff come late and make you wait for long hours.

In one of the case, doctors and staff were not more matured as to what to talk with covid patients and how with attenders. They should know treatment needed for covid patients, if they do not know, before admission they should say no for any treatment. In the middle of treatment if hospital doesnt want to treat patient then that hospital is incapable of treating any covid patient and should avoid taking patients else it is assumed to be working only for money.

Admition and discharge process you have to simplify. It is very complicated.

Great consideration for patients .

Once you have paid, you are treated like a dog. I paid 1.99 lakhs as cash, after admitting my mother to the ICU. The hospital refused to issue a cash bill/letter mentioning the name who deposited the account. The billing section, PRO none obliged despite repeated requests saying they do not mention who paid in their cash bills. In every cash bill, there is a remark as to whom the money was received from. One wonders, why such a shabby treatment for someone seeking truthful statement? Something seems to be dubious about the way hospital handles cash.

Excellent doctors with great care and service to patients.

One of the worst hospital I have ever been to. Took my brother-in-law as his Blood platelet count was low. Asked him to get admitted on an emergency basis. Dr S N Jayaprakash who was just a general physician was assigned as the consultant instead of assigning a Haematologist. He did all the possible test which was around 100 tests in total and costs around 90k but still they were not able to figure out the reason for his fluctuating platelets. In the end they did Bone marrow biopsy and Bone marrow Aspirations and nothing came out. They did not even check his Bone marrow report and discharged him saying it is due to low Vitamin B12 and Folic acid and gave him Vitamin B12 injection and Folic acid tablets and advised to come back after 2 days along with the Bone marrow report. When we went to show him after 2 days, he said there is something in his Bone marrow report and we have to consult a Haematologist. They could have informed us the same thing in the day of discharge which would have saved a week which we spent searching different doctor & hospital. We went to Haematologist Dr Natraj in Narayana Hrudalaya/Majumdar Shaw hospital in Bommasandra who resent the Bone marrow report and the slides for review. We are still waiting for the review report from Dr Natraj and are still anxious to know the reason behind his fluctuating Platelets count. During the time of admission the emergency doctor said that she will assign the case to a Haematologist which we thought is true and was in believe that Doctor Jayaprakash is one. The response from the nursing staff during the stay was not that well, some of them use to respond after 15/20 minutes.They are just doing a day light robbery.Forgot to mention that most of the positive reviews looks like paid review. As the hospital does not stand to standard mentioned in the reviews.

I called for an appointment for abdomen scan and by mistake said CT scan. The person who was on the phone told about some criteria and then I realised it was ultrasound scan when I read the prescription of the doctor. When I said, its USG, he said but you told its CT, I said, yes I did but now I read this so any criteria for this scan and he hangs up!!!!Someone who has such less patience on the phone, imagine how he would be in person. Sic!

I suggest not to go to this hospital, they are highly  commercial andmoney minded, they will not handover the copy of the investigationreport.one need to put an application, and wait for two three days tocollect the report which any patient deserves to have one...!!!is it not the patients money paid to diagnosis, what is the problem inhanding over one copy to patients attender.Are the authorities not confident of their diagnosis...?its humble request, the management should change the policy of handingover one copy of reports, its a money game loss/profit issue to youbut for relatives of the patients its question of life anddeath....whats wrong in taking second opinion before proceeding withyou guys line of treatment..I lost my Father in June 2020 after the authorities making a huge billof 20+ lakhs....,by mistake  we went  there... unaware of theHistory...!!!!i dont know about google reviews, but word of mouth they have  a bad reviews..please please dont step in into this hospitalOne of my young subordinate is admitted in the hospital right now,again unaware of the bad reviews ....hopefully she will get dischargedvery soon and recover fast, I request all of you pray for her speedyrecovery

While I have good experience with Sagar Hospital-Jayanagar from my past engagements there, something I didnt like from recent experience! The hospital chose the doctor for us to meet despite us taking an appointment with one particular senior doctor in advance!Its the choice of the patient to consult a particular doctor in the hospital and if we are asked to meet another doctor, despite that doctor being there, then hospital must know we have the choice to go to another hospital as well.Its a different matter if someone is walking to OPD to meet some doctor in that department!! Hospital is unnecessarily creating bad image...

I had the worst experience today at your Radiology department interacting with your receptionist. The receptionist is uncultured, ill mannered. First of all she made faces when I asked for my last month printed report which was assured to me that it would be e mailed. Its almost a month I havent yet received the mail. So since I had another follow up today, I thought of collecting it myself. When I asked for the last month report without checking she said its already handed over. Then I had to open the note book maintained in radiology department and show her the pending status of the report.When I asked her for todays X ray film, she said it will take one hour. Whereas the X ray film was right in front of her eyes which only after I showed her she realised.I would have kept quiet without giving any negative review. But the way she behaved while handing the report to me is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. She threw the X ray film on the counter without giving to my hand.What a disgrace!!! Please teach her, train her on compassion and empathy towards patients. Also make that great lady realise that the salary she draws from the hospital is from these patients only. All these senseless attitude, arrogance will definitely not be tolerated.In fact the security personnel and housekeeping are so well behaved and dedicated to patients. I really appreciate their work.I hope I will see some changes during the next visit.

Very nice hospital, the nurses and doctors are very concerned with your health. They will try their best to help you as good as possible! Please read.....For doctors here, I would definitely give 5 stars but for hospital, its very disappointing. Previously my granny was admitted here due to stroke and done covid testing on safer side and also she tested negative. After getting discharged, we took her for health check-up since she was having severe cough. Seeing her coughing one of the lady supervisor came and shouted at us by asking us to take her to the fewer clinic thinking she would be a covid patient. Our doctor came and told her that there is nothing as such and can be seated in her cabin which needs to be appreciated. After telling that also, that lady supervisor locked us in that cabin which was disgusting and intolerable. We accept that there is a fear of covid everywhere but never expected this type of response and discrimination from the hospital side which is said to be good covid hospital. Its duty of the hospital to react after knowing about the patients and take care of such cases with proper sanitization. If we had taken her to that fewer clinic and anything happens, will hospital take that responsibility? I request management to take an immediate action in this regard. It can happen to anyone.

Been in this hospital for 2 days. They conducted tests which are not even required. The management charged extra 1.5% fee on every credit/debit card transaction. Their main goal is to loot as much as possible from patients. If Google had an option like zero rating/never visit, I would opted those options.

Incompetent, indifferent, heedless staff.Dr. Jagdish Chandra, could not diagnose and treat a lung infection for 10 days, and the patient ended up dying of a cardiac arrest. With such massive advancement in technology and medical breakthroughs, and such high prices for Healthcare, is this the outcome that somebody who puts their trust in doctors should expect? Pathetic.

One of the Worst hospital in bangalore. I went for vaccinating my two sons. The MRP WRITTEN IN THE 4 VACCINES THAT WERE GIVEN WAS 6000 But paediatrician charging 4500 extra and 1400 separate for consultation.... Please dont go here for vaccinating ur child.... NO bill is given for anything. Even they dont even show the expiry dates also...

Took the vaccine from here but waiting time is more than usual

During this covid time ICU block of Sagar hospital has lot of infection. I have seen 3 patients who admitted in ICU for different health issues with Covid test Negative but, after 2 weeks in ICU they got infection and tested Covid positive. Please be careful while you are choosing this hospital.

Had a bad experience from staff of insurance and billing counter.. they are not at all user friendly and doesnt share right information.. their own staff did not wear mask and i had to tell them to wear it during pandemic time.. looks like they treat hospital as just a source of income and not for serving the society

Abhay diabetic doctor was good at the first meet, at the second appointment his concentration was at his assistant by scoldiylng her. This happened a year ago.

I was admitted to hospital on 20.10.2020 for covid 19 treatment and got discharged on 24.10.2020. I was taking lunch at 1.15 p. m. on 22.10.2020 .Same time Dr. Prema Naidu visited the patient 211B. Meantime I received a call from my wife. I was answering it. After consultation of neighbouring patient she came near my face and blah blahed something which I didnt understand. Being a doctor and during this pandemic she does not know she has to keep distance of 2 metre. That is GOI guidelines. Then I enquired with sister what she said. I was informed that l was not supposed to talk. Is it a crime🙅💢 to talk to my wife. And the doctor doesnt know how to talk to a patient. This is highly condemnable behavior by a doctor that too with a senior citizen patient.Otherwise Dr. Jagadeeshchandra is a nice doctor. Other sisters team is good. Thanks to all for nice 👍handling the situation.
