Dr. Saritha Nair is so friendly and humble in listening to all our health issues and curing it. I visited Pranavam Clinic - Nagawara branch for PCOD issue resulting in irregular periods which I had undergone for 15 days treatment with oil massage and medication. It really worked well by reducing my weight upto 5 kgs and regularize my periods along with glow in the skin. I strongly recommend Dr. Saritha Nair for all your health issues. Stay healthy!

I booked for 1 hour. He did it in 40 minutes leaving half of my body without massage. No hot water. Have to bath with cold water. No body wash. Only shampoo present. One person for both frontdesk and service. Not worth the cost. Better to go for other .

I recently went to Pranavam - Ulsoor Branch for an intensive 5 week treatment for weight loss and the experience and above all the results have been amazing!. What is outstanding is the extent of involvement by its founder Dr. Saritha. She tends to each and every patient not just at the time of consultation but right through the course of the treatment and is monitoring progress and tweaking the nature of treatment at every stage. This has helped me reap results and also tend to other minor health issues that I face. The team at Pranavam rendering the treatment are adept at their job and are friendly in their interaction which makes the experience more pleasant and is key when you are going through an intensive session. I recently visited Dr. Sarita for severe lower back and leg pain when I was having difficulty in even sitting for more than few minutes at a stretch due to the pain. Dr. Sarita helped alleviate the problem with just 1 sitting using varmam treatment in which the pressure points are manipulated to heal the body. She then followed it up with Ayurveda medication.It was amazing that the severe pain which I was suffering from for couple of days reduced so drastically after just 20mins of the treatment.It is worth mentioning that Dr Sarita personally supervises all the treatments and in critical cases she herself performs the treatments.I would highly recommend Dr. Sarita Nair and Pranavam Ayurvedic treatment centre to anyone looking for authentic Ayurveda or alternative treatment - A very positive and friendly Doctor and team!Thank you, Doctor for your timely treatment!!

I would not suggest this place to anyone.Fora hairline fracture I have been asked to come for 10 sittings to change the bandage and every visit they charged me 1200 RS which is insanely costly unless you are super rich. I have stopped going from the second visit.You can get a better treatment with way lesser price. Recent days people started trusting ayervedic treatment so dont disappoint or scare them.

Professional Ayurvedic treatment centre... I liked the 45 minute long massage followed by the 15 minute long Steam session. It was really helpful for my neck and lower back...Also, I took the membership that reduces the charges even further...

My mother went through a 14 day treatment for frozen shoulder, along with ayurvedic massages done for back pain. She has seen marked improvement with her problems and has had great pain relief as well. From the first consultation to the last session, Dr. Saritha’s careful supervision was remarkable, and makes for a reassuring process. The team at Pranavam are skilled at what they do, and carefully worked with her through this intense treatment, even prescribing ayurvedic medicine to aid with it. Post treatment care is fantastic, as the doctor has been checking in to see how she was doing after the 14 days and has even recommended exercises that she can do to help her get better. Many thanks to the staff at Pranavam for guiding her through this process - I highly recommended this facility, and especially Dr. Saritha.

Ive had a wonderful experience at Pranavam. My foot which had chronic eczema got infected badly and I was unable to walk. While the rest of the medical fraternity advised seemingly quick cures with sterioids albeit with side-effects, Dr Saritha made me undergo 21 day Panchakarma treatment while nursing my infected foot simultaneously. Not only am I able to walk now, I feel much healthier and fitter with all toxins cleansed in the rigourous treatment. The personal approach of the doctor is much appreciated here - especially on working around timelines and proximity to home that suited me when my mobility was less. Her 20 year expertise in curing eczema and psoriasis at various degrees was reassuring to start with.

Only one girl was available . I had signed up for a 1.5 hour massage which was a gift and I was left cold on the cold table being an arthritis patient myself .Perhaps they should have another masseuse tooMost of the time passed with the girl on the stove trying to heat the oil and prepping for the massage and basically I had wanted a good deep massage and all I got was a medicinal oil rub.Came out smelling fragrant that lasted all day .No room to shower post massageI wanted to feel snd experience what an Kerala Ayurvedic massage felt like snd was not so impressed . Had I known it was an oil rub I would atleast been prepared to expect the same but I think I had higher expectations with a deep tissue massage and or atleast Accupressure. None of itThe short young girl worked alone and hard and not presssd by the time factorSo for an hour and half thst I had paid I recd only 30 min of massage or much lessI gsvd it a star out of sympathy because it was medicinal oil and the girl ran the entire place alone tho it was not organized at all

Allopathy gives immediate symptomatic relief, whereas Ayurveda is aimed at fixing the root cause and providing long term relief with minimal side effects.My little one is troubled by bouts of allergic cough and Ayurveda is a preferred treatment option. Ayurveda seems to be working well for her, even if the treatment process is slow and long-term.Though there are more well known Ayurvedic clinics, the efficacy depends on the actual practitioner. We started off by going to a more popular chain, Kottakal, located near Infantry road, however the distance was inconvenient. After speaking with the Doctor, we understood that he also practices at Pranavam.Whats good about this place?- Same Doctors who practice at the Kottakal Kerala Ayurveda centers.- The medicines used are from the same popular brands.- Less crowded, hence minimum waiting.Whats not good?- If you are not happy with Kottakal Kerala ayurveda, you will not be happy here too. (Since Doc and medicines are same.)
