Im senior citizen staying with my husband in India. Our children have gone abroad. We dont know how to use many apps. Once I contacted Help Age India Banglore team and Mr. Sebastian helped me in my transport problem. In Banglore we old people are at the mercy of cab and Rikshow drivers. Often they refuse to drop me at the correct address. In such difficult time he came as savior. They provide free cab to senior citizen for hospital visits, for bank work and post office work. He and his team is doing wonderful work for the senior citizen. Thank you very much for your help and selfless contribution towards us. Thank you
