I had a hip pain and I went to this spectrum Physio. Dr Shreya was the physiotherapist there. she listened to all of my problems. she was very kind and taught all the exercises that I really needed. she was very patient enough to answer my repetitive questions. she helped in my other problems also. Had a really bad experience with the attending doctor, Dr. Shreya today. She was very unprofessional and did not show the ethics of a doctor. I called the number given on net and fixed an appointment for 7 pm today. I reached the centre at 10th cross Kaggadasapura at 6.45 and confirmed my appointment with the lady at the reception. Dr. Shreya the Physiotherapist at the centre was attending to another patient. I waited patiently for my turn. When she was done with the patient she came out and enquired me and I told her about the appointment. She asked me to fill a form which I duly did. It was already past 7 pm by then. By the time I filled the form she started attending to another patient. I still waited thinking that it must be a small consultation but when time passed by I enquired the lady at the reception who I turn asked the doctor. The doctor very unprofessionally said, it will take time. Ask her to come tomorrow’. This was very annoying since I already had an appointment and was in severe pain. She did not even have the courtesy to come out and apologise or to even explain the situation. She was least worried about anything and was very impolite. Finally I had to leave without getting any treatment. Pathetic experience.

I visited Spectrum Physio for my tennis elbow treatment. I consulted Dr. Deepa who thoroughly examined the problem and explained the issue. I went to Dr. Deepa at Spectrum regarding my knee pain and realized my knee had started degenerating. She suggested physiotherapy for 12 days along with exercises to relieve me of my knee pain.Initially I was reluctant of taking the treatment thinking it would be painful. I was having ligament pain in ankle and recurring pain in the knee and back . Dr Sharmila analysed the issue correctly and systematically . She even went through previous medical history before the diagnosis. She taught few excercises which she asked me to do regularly. She is a very friendly doctor and listens to patients concern carefully and patiently and addresses it with her expertise. Her physiotherapy treatment was helpful. The ankle and back pain is totally gone. Knee pain is very minimal now and has reduced a lot from the start of the treatment. She asked me to continue the excercises for two more weeks to completely get rid of the residual pain.

Dr. Srinivas P.T. treated my grandfather for Total Knee Replacement therapy and he used to home visit daily, in a month my grandfather able to walk freely with out any support. The stretching and strengthening exercises he used to perform my grandfather which made him walkable in a month time frame. He is an extra ordinary person and the way he treats makes patients pleasant and comfort.

I had severe thoracic back pain. I went to other physiotherapist but they treated on the pain and it got reduced and again pain came back after a week. I am a software engineer who had a severe mid back pain. I started taking treatment with Dr.Srinivas (Physio) from Nov 2016. He is very friendly nature, Listened all my problems and taken care of me very well. Its been 7 months (15 + appointments) ,took his guidance. Did all the exercises which he suggested me. Now I am almost cured. Don’t think why it took 7 months to cure. There is no medicine involved in his treatment. just exercise only. People are expecting to cure everything overnight that would never happen with respect to back pain. [One suggestion for software engineers who is spending too much time in front of system like me, I was keep doing exercises but the pain was not reducing. As soon I changed the sitting posture I saw the result immediately. So focus on your sitting posture] .I have written this feedback on behalf of the people who has been suffering back pain like me. And also I don’t want to give false information, that is the main reason I have written this feedback after I got cured completely. Went there for lower back pain. ConsultedDr.Shivani. She was good in diagnosing and treating. Had two weeks of treatment, which reduced the pain. She makes sure that wewdo the exercises properly at clinic everyday to ensure we dont get it wrong at home. They also give a good summary at the end of treatment with the diagnosis and treatment and follow up needed.

I have been struggling with lower back pain which spread to my leg and stiffness issues for about 3-4 years now that were severely affecting me through pain and often inability to function normally. After having consulted various doctors allopathy and ayurvedic from specialized hospitals I was unable to find a cure, the prescribed medicines used to only make me feel better for a while but the pain used to come back again after the medicine course.I finally decided to give a try for Physiotherapy that’s when I came across Spectrum Physio Centre- Kaggadaspura.I started to take physiotherapy sessions with Dr.Shivani and, definitely, felt the difference and improvement after the sessions with her. She is good at both manual therapy and suggesting right exercises for you, she explained the cause, do’s and don’ts very clearly, I am definitely more comfortable now and know how to manage my pain without supervision. After ten treatment sessions, pain has reduced considerably. With the strengthening exercises she taught, I am feeling much better after two weeks. I would strongly recommend her for any physiotherapy requirements.

Went for treatment of knee injury. Got very good physiotherapy sessions and guidance for faster revovery.

Had taken treatment for back pain and I could recover within a week. Extremely good guidance from Dr. Srinivas.

I am very much satisfied with the treatment and staff are very capable of finding the problem and treating it.

This d worst center, I m not interest to give one star also. I took appointment for 7.30pm on 15th Apr when I reached with my husband who met an accident and having severe pain, center closed and when I called they r asking who gave me appointment. What to speak with people of this kind.

I visited the place after seeing the reviews. But got hugely disappointed. My orthopedic doctor suggested physiotherapy for lower back pain, but after 4 session my pain moved to thigh areas and it was painful to walk . Then I stopped the sessions. Also I didnt find the location very clean.

One of the worst ... real waste of time and money. When you are in pain please dont go to such places.
