I had lower back pain. For the initial days I opted for physiotherapy sessions at home. Poova dharshini was the physiotherapist they sent and she was pretty good. She was able to identify the pain spots accurately and treated very nicely. After bit recovery I visited the clinic and booked an appointment with Dr Madhusudhan. He is really good, knowledgeable, and confident about his work. He made a week plan to get rid off my lower back pain and spine adjustment. He also suggested exercises which gave me more relief. Visited the clinic for an acute pain behind the right knee which radiated down the leg. It disturbed my sleep and kept me awake at night. I knew this had something to do with my chronic spine condition with multiple herniated discs that must be impinging on the sciatic nerve causing the pain to appear every now and then. Dr. Swati chalked out a treatment plan which was comprehensive and well integrated with multiple physiotherapy techniques. Plus having a chiropractor (Dr. Anup) being available for regular spine adjustments only made my decision easier to go ahead with the treatment plan. Hats off if I have to say in simple words!I came back to Bangalore with my stroke/paralyzed farther from my hometown in Dec20 (paralysis time Sep19). When we came in town, we were already late, we had therapy at home however not yielded any results. He was not able to walk by himself, low in confidence and very rigid.At that time, he was not ready to go to center therapy as I evaluated 5+ therapy center.Dr.Madhu at CB provided me necessary confidence and we started home therapy. First month was very tough when we had to break his rigidness and make him do exercises. On 6th Jan – I met with Physiotherapist Dr. Madhu for the severe back pain with difficulty in sitting & standing. Dr Anup is a magician with physiotherapic and chiropractoric issues abilities . I went to him with supraspinatis tendinitis and inflammation, it was almost at the verge of tear and lot of pain was there. He diagnosed the same with the first meeting itself and prepare a two weeks plan for the same. Pain started to reduce with state of the art machines and infrastructure setup he has in his Jayanagar branch within a weeks time.The staff is genuine and carries a friendly persona. The staff recommended isometric strengthening too for making that tendon strong and restore to normalacy. Overall a great experience with Dr Anup and staff who follows a conservative approach for my problem and led it to complete cure through his treatment and avoided surgery for the same.
