BEWARE of this FRAUDULENT DOCTORS in this MALLESHWARAM HOMEO CARE INTERNATIONAL CLINIC.(My ID MLMLM92)I have had a very unforgivable and unfortunate experience with doctors in the name of Dr. TAUSIF ANSARI and Dr. KAVITHA K. While I was taking treatment for Skin ailment.These people charged me for the whole year and asked me to pay the whole amount of 18,000/- on the first day of consultation, they first asked me to pay for two years in the amount of 36,000/-, but since I told them I can only pay monthly they said no, you have to pay for one year medicines in advance for a year and compelled me to pay 18,000/- and the name of the admin manager was PRIYA, who asked me to pay. Dr. KAVITHA K also assured it will be cured and they will treat me with good medication. However while I was on their medication and monthly consultation, the ailment started increasing, I kept telling this to Dr. TAUSIF ANSARI, who was my consulting doctor, but he couldnt do anything other than giving me false assurance of curing. After six months of medication my ailment had increased rapidly and I stopped their Medicines and consulted an other homeopathic doctor for the same and in two months My ailment was subsiding and getting cured.I told this to Dr. Tausif Ansari and also demanded for a refund, after a long argument with Dr. Tausif Ansaari, Dr. Kavitha K and the admin Priya, they said they can only refund 6 months money, since they had treated me for 6 months. Infact they had not treated me but increased my ailment, so that they can charge me for medicines for one more year. After me following up with them with all the hue and cry they refunded 9,000/-. Pathetic service,there is a person at the reception who is very rude and he sends us back home telling we are late. Even the treatment hasnt been working even after 6-8 months , Big scam guys ,dont go for the reviews .

Been there a few times for my wife. Treatment was good. They are all experienced and professional but, I say they have no time sense. No offence. Everytime we take appointment at 11AM but end up meeting doc by 1PM. These guys need some time management. Other than that they are really good.

The clinic lacks sanitation. The toilet area is highly unhygienic. Also, there is no separate space for male and female. Both have to share the same room which is not comfortable. For the fees that they take, the least that can be done is maintaining a basic hygiene in this area .

Managing appointments is very poor. First of all, when patient calls for an appointment, we never get as per our convenient time. Always we need go to go as per doctors convenient time. Next, when we go at the time given for us, then we have to wait more than 1 hour. This is happening every time. We feel Homeocare international is not bothered about others time at all. When I visited the place for the first time for thyroid, I was asked to pay 40k for around 2 years of medications(was told it will take close to 30months for full cure)and that once I start the treatment I’ll start seeing results in two weeks.I wasn’t okay paying a huge amount as I wasn’t sure to see results or not. After which they agreed to give me medicines once in three months and I paid 5k for 3month coarse but never saw any results for a month, later they have changed my medicines thrice in three months and then the doc tells me I’ll see results only in 6months!while they told me it takes 2weeks in my first visit. The hospital has a scheme of 5 years advanced payment. I would ask the management on how would they treat if poor people cannot afford the 5 years advanced payment which comes upto INR 76,000/-. Also, there was a 10% discount mentioned in the vijayavani paper dated 28th December 2019. When enquired about the same manager Chandrakant behavior was very rude.This kind of a behavior is not acceptable at any point of time.I also would like to know that Adhaar card has not been mandatory, why does the hospital require adhaar details? Why should anyone need a KYC to get treatment done!? Surprisingly, hospital is not treating patients like patients, customer satisfaction is a Sub-Zero level when this happens.Secondly, the treatment fee of 5 year advance payment is never mentioned before the consultancy. I would like to know if people are being bonded to take the 5 year treatment deal.

Worst of worst.. Complete bogus..My family member had been consulting them and taking medicines for past 3 yeas to control blood sugar level.. There was no reduction in level, used to take total of 6 tablets a day. 2 morning, 1 evening and 3 at night. It was a horrible experience.Later consulted a doctor from BGS hospital who suggested a very good diet practice and certain regular medicine which brought the level down within 4 - 6 months.I would definently suggest not to visit this place as they are just money minded ppl and our body will get beat down by their medicine bcz of its years of continuous intake.
