A near authentic Punjabi indulgence...... The owner is a purist in his approach towards whatever he dishes out.I don’t remember if I ever had a butter chicken that had meat chunks out of tandoori oven. I rate the butter chicken I had here a notch above the one I had in Pal Dhaba, Chandigarh.Right from having mathri ,appetiser, to the Aloo bharwa to the Aam panna; my taste buds could easily make out the pleasure of tasting something that’s made using finest of the ingredients. Even the pickles and onions they serve have been given utmost attention to ensure no stone is unturned in their whole process — from procuring ingredients to serving the customer.

For almost 3 decades, Treat has been my preferred place for butter chicken in Bangalore. Consistently good, this restaurant has stood the test of time. Now in a nice new location, its just that little bit closer to home for me. Also highly recommend thr mutton burra kabab. Melts in the mouth. Also, good value for money, considering the top notch quality!

Had ordered mutton Biryani and Rabdi.Didnt enjoy the taste at all mutton was too hard.I should have not ordered mutton here Rabdi was just ok.Not at all value for money.

This is one of the best places for Punjabi food in this area. Unfortunately they are only allowing takeaways at this point due to the current situation. I loved their Dhal makhani it was cooked over night and tasted heavenly.

Very good restaurant for North Indian cousine. Very hygienic, ambience, efficient service and delicious variety. Restroom is also very clean and tidy. Enjoyed lunch with few friends. They do home delivery also for nearby places. This place is on the 100 feet road, Indira Nagar, Bangalore. Right next to MRF tyres shop.

Ive been visiting this restaurant since the early nineties. Butter chicken and kebabs have been our go to dishes when we have wanted to indulge sans the worry of the richness of the food. The taste has been consistently good for the last two decades.We were a bit sad to see the Indiranagar 80ft location close but were happy to hear that they have opened in a better location in the vicinity.If youre in the mood for Punjabi food, and not too worried about the calories, Treat restaurant is a definite go-to.Thanks for all the great food. Maybe an extra star for nostalgia!

Had been there for lunch today. A small cozy place but huge on flavour and taste. Very endearing home cooked meal feeling. Staff are attentive but not intruisive. Left with a satisfied soul. Rare to find such places in Bangalore anymore. Super highly recommended.

I love food from treat.I always search for nearest treat restaurant in the city and never miss a dinner or lunch there.My favorite treat branch is in whitefield Bangalore.This was around 9 kms from my home so we went here for dinner.I felt very bad as there was only us having dinner.The food quality was very good (Still whitefield branch is at no 1).Behavior of staff members are very good.As always the pricing of Treat is a bit higher than that of the other restaurants nearby. That may be case of less people inside.Anyways, I loved it.Thank you

Ordered a mutton keema parantha (well made and stuffed with meat, it was delicious!) and a lassi. They have a pleasant and relaxing ambience. The rest room and hand wash area are cute. They have these little coloured rough-edged stones that I found really pretty!The owner and his son were really nice to talk to and the staff are well trained and amicable. Definitely visiting the place again, theyve been around forever and I have my eye on the Khyber menu 😁😁

Went to Treat on 80 Road Indiranagar after a couple of months, and noticed a healthy section in the menu. I was quite taken aback as this did not fit in with the traditional definition of a Punjabi restaurant. Decided to try the Dhaba Dal Makhan-Nahi with a plain naan (son had the traditional butter chicken and butter naan, as hes not calorie conscious).In short - I was blown away by this daal. Perfectly cooked, perfectly spiced (I loved the thin ginger juliennes that were abundant, no chilly, but yet spicy), thick but not greasy, this dal was good as is, but become awesome when topped with a squeeze of lime. Divine. I finished half the bowl with my naan, and the other half I just kept eating as is until there was no more.I dont know how much this is truly Makhan nahi - but compared to my sons butter chicken, this had no greasy/ buttery taste at all, just the taste of the daals being cooked for hours and creating a ultra thick and tasty blend with the tomatoes and masalas).CoE: I paid for my meal, and have been visiting this outlet for 22 of their 24 years in existence!

The ambiance was good. Wish the place were a little bigger in space. As for the food, we had Chicken Tikka, Chicken Butter Masala, Roomali Roti and Naan. The Chicken Tikka was delicious. Very soft and juicy. Probably one of the best tikkas I have ever had. The Chicken Butter Masala was very good as well. Definitely rich in taste. Will recommend.

When there was hardly any restaurant serving authentic Delhi food in Bangalore, Treat came as a real treat in the early 90s. Having spent many an evening here during childhood, (at the old place on 80ft road), it was nostalgic to be back here. And boy, it still ticks all boxes.Though the menu has been newly conceptualized, the food still retains the old charm and authenticity. With varied options to choose from, we tried the Kali mirch tikka. Succulent and aptly named, the peppery notes hit the right spot. Surmai tandoori Tikka was even better than may places in Delhi. Fresh and juicy with apt flavours. Yum! Dal makhni and Rada chicken were good as always... Though I missed my favorite Kadai chicken that used to be awesome. Its a small place run by the same family with great passion for food and the Dilli waali Hospitality for the close to 30 years. Loved it!

Have never ever got to have such an amazing authentic North Indian food in Bangalore like the one at Treat . Superb with customer service too. A must visit place for all the foodies.

Overly priced restaurant. Its a government rule to charge MRP on water, they charge what they wish like. They also have 10% service charges. Literally you pay a 100 more than other restaurants. Taste and Service is below average.

Would have given 0 if it was accepted. There is no ambience and looks like a normal restaurant but still they charge service charges of 10%. There is no corporate discount. If we ask for discount in service charges, the owner talks in a very rude way and says that service charges are mandatory. But as per the Consumer Protection Bill, service charges are not mandatory. But these ppl talk like they are the law makers. They dont care the customers. Very useless restaurant.

Known and visited this place since 2004! Food quality has been consistent ever since. Their paneer is always fresh and soft.One particular member of the service staff was less than polite, almost arrogant on our last visit.They have renovated recently but no major difference in ambiance. The place is still tiny and claustrophobic. Might help to move to a bigger, better location.3 starts for food, 2 and 2 for ambiance and staff.

I have been here multiple times to eat North Indian food. Chole bhature was really authentic and Dal makhni was really smooth. The Naan was good and really nice to smell, Misi roti was on the heavy side and tasted really good. One should visit it often, it is a bit pricey than others but economical for most. 3 people can eat for in approximately Rs. 1000/- depending on the appetite.
