My car services is due now there no one responded, Ive paid my amount but here the company shutdown no updates on emails ... office is closed

As promised, PMS parts were used as recommended by original manufacturer (OEM & OES) and given the estimation for additional repairs..! I got my Tata Harrier XT in Dec 18 and its a great car. But I noticed the car getting a bit more unrefined with each service at the Tata Service centers, tried 3 of them. But I wasnt getting time to look for something else, and then 6 months back, I came across an ad from FirstU and thought of trying it out even though I had a free service left from Tata. My car was instantly less rattly, the throttle response became smoother, the vibrations from the engine were gone.I was so impressed that I got the 1 year Premium subscription plan(which theyre giving at even lesser price of 10 months right now haha) and decided to ditch the Tata services for good. There have been 2 services since then(they follow your manufacturers service schedule since every car has different needs) and I cannot tell you how happy I feel for my decision. My car feels the same as it did last year and that itself speaks MILES about them. What was almost starting to feel like will last me only 5 good years now feels like they have added more life to my car.I have used Gomechanic and Pitstop a couple of times in the past but always ended up being overcharged and feeling cheated despite their so-called transparent pricing claim. But these guys even took the car from my office and delivered it right on time in the evening. I was sent pictures of my car throughout the service and was given my used parts back too. Best of all, I didnt have to pay anything extra for the service except the part replaced(which was also original). I dont even need to get my car cleaned nowadays since that is included too and they do a good job Id say. The plan comes with ton of other benefits too and I would definitely recommend it to anyone irrespective of the make(friends say they had the same experience with their Hyundai & Skoda too!). Great job..Go for the subscription plan without any doubt. Thank me later. 👍

These people are cheaters.. they just know how to loot money from customers.. I had given my car for servicing on 11th Dec after 2 weeks my car started giving the problem and I had to take to Maruti service station and had to spent 5k for the same issue which was addressed by FirstU.... I recommend complete NO NO to this unprofessional people.... They dont even respond to mails once full subscription amount is paid.

One of the best car services in Auto sector. I give my Hyundai i20 car only in FirstU. You get Bosch standard at very very reasonable pricing and the quality of car service can beat any of the best brand authorized service center. Once Ive started giving car here it has become difficult for me to think of any other service center.

Never heard of FirstU before. But I was really impressed by the degree of professionalism and punctuality by an independent car service center.Had my car serviced within 5 hrs as committed and with genuine explanation of the work done and all above about 30-40% less than the price quoted by an authorized service center.Free pikup and drop service from my office location was a real breather for me on a hectic work schedule.All the best to the team...Miles to go, literally !!!

I tried and found Firstu.....LostU as least bother about customer concern and problem. what they offering which is available at BOSCH Multi-brand car services centre...their other services which impossible to avail and waste of time and money. Not even understand your problem so its difficult to solve the same...disappointed and never ever recommend them to anyone as google local guide..!! Suggestion to them try to be customer-centric (Care to your customer) The worst part...they will keep charge you as a subcription from your debit/credit card as you have authorized them so they have right to auto dedect the amount from your transation mode...
