For the first time in last 2 years of my WRV car I had worst service experience with this service center.Being one of the costly service center in Bangalore the expectation would be high quality work but I have seen it in reverse way. They not even cleaned the dust inside the car and worst part is they have stolen almost 5 to 6 litres of petrol from the car. One more thing is I forgotten to take out my goggles from the car while giving and they have taken them also. So becareful while leaving your car to this service center

Very poor service and not at all timely work.There is not proper engagement of customer. Honda Advisors keep us waiting and don’t give the updates.They have customers relationship manager who is total waste. Doesn’t do there work. And they never care to improve. I have been getting my service of Honda city from past 2 years. I am planning to look for other services centre. I have given them enough time to bring change.I advice others to not to waste your time and get ripped of the money unnecessarily.

I had serviced BRV car on 26/07/2021. After that car is stopping suddenly and not able to start. Even new battery was replaced. Third time again it’s not starting since yesterday. I had called, messaged the customer care and service people all the 3 times. They never attended in time. Last 2 times I got help from my local mechanic. Now 3 rd time I am waiting since yesterday morning but still no one attending. Very poor service after sales. In the past I had owned 2 Honda city successively. But I don’t suggest any body to take Honda car particularly from nayandalli, Bangalore showroom 👎👎

Not a good experience. When other dealerships are ready to come over to your doorstep for test drive, there was a delay for a car. I had to go for a different Brand.One more thing is I booked the car and for cancellation, its a longer process than applying for a bank account itself. Asking for a cancelled CK leaf to initiate the process. Whatever it is, I just dont understand why that is required. Not the best experience overall. Could have been better.

Gave here for service, was shocked after seeing the bill. Without proper discussion they added various charges in name of Value added services cost. It cost me extra 7k. I hope i had read the reviews before. I tried to check with the guy but you know who will give up in such discussions.

Cheaters!!!! Scammers!!! Please beware, make sure you ask the service advisor what he is going to add to your bill during the estimation itself. He would have scribbled something in the estimation sheet and wouldnt even have mentioned it to you. Later in the bill he would have added a list of value added services which will make your final bill shoot up.They are all trained con men!!! Never ever give your car to service here. Please stay away.

Would like to bring to notice of Honda, that its a shame that you guys talk about being a premium brand, but cant keep a sanitizer dispenser in your showroom or service center and one needs to ask for it. Really disappointed with this class of service. Also, the models are a start and stop affair, Jazz comes and goes, Civic comes and goes, Mobilio, BR-V discontinued, how does it give confidence to the buyer to buy products from your brand. Have a clear strategy and stick to it.

Show room sales team is least bothered about customers...the car which we were looking was locked, instead of unlocking the car he simply showed the base varient of the same model and told everything is same but upper varient is little premium nd just went off speaking to someone in his phone. We waited, but he didnt return.

This Honda servive centre located towards mysore road, beside gopalan mall.Its has both sales and service centreQuality is good but now I cant say super best as I have done service once.CRM are good educated to understand customer query.

No fake claims, no tricks. Do not get fooled by having all things done at the outlet, in event you have to get your vehicle for service get the regular service only not any additional facilities such as polish / anti rust / rodent replant etc... as i had a very bad experience with the extra facilities.

Horrible experience!Civic left for general service and they delivered with AC not working.Visited once more and they made me wait 2 hours telling they would fix it and they said AC would be back to normal after a while.Again left to service center as AC not functioning.. they are saying 30k because something is leaking in the AC unit. Regularly servicing my WRV from past 3 years... Since 1st service, my vehicle is being handled my service advisor Mr. Sandesh... Cool and nice gentleman... Will carefully listen all the issues and all of them will be rectified post service... He has vast knowledge of vehicle and parts.. If any problem is pointed out, he quickly analyzes the problem arising reason and most of the time solution will be ready... I have already recommended the service centre and particularly service advisor Mr.Sandesh to my friends... I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with my service this time. Inspire of mentioning some basic things to be fixed, my car was sent without the mended parts. ALSO, simple things like indicators and headlights are to be checked by the service provided. Nothing of it is repaired!The advisor also has ordered for the wrong parts when questioned, BUT also conviniently manipulated without knowing what PART of the CAR to fix!!!! Charged me 14,000 thousand, but have got NOTHING fixed which was basic!!! My complaints have not been responded to or taken care of , inspire of mentioning it to the advisor! Sheer negligence!

Not a great experience during My honda city car Service!I had informed the CRM to add Engine guard when I left the vehicle at service station ! However when the vehicle was delivered they had not fixed it and only when I asked they inform they have run out of stock and I need to Visit again after 5 days ! On top of it they asked me to pay advance for the component!Also they have charged some INR 980/- for sanitizing the car upon receipt and delivery! This was not informed and seems a ridiculous expenditure to pay !

I own a Honda civic 2007 model, my vehicle had several issues like electrical problem, suspension issue etc. I had been to Dakshin Honda Mysore road branch. My service Manager was Mr.Dinesh. He was very polite in his approach and after detailed inspection he explained me everything in detail(lay man terms) as what needs to be done. Based on there recommendation I did give my vehicle for repair. Im very satisfied with the service feels like Im driving a new vehicle(not exaggerating). Show room is in mysore road few minutes after Raj rajeshwari arcade. Staff are very helpful explained the cars features very well. Provided test drive. Delivered the car before promised date. Worst service Ive ever seen. A very bad and stressful experience. Was charged 15k for car service, and all of a sudden a preciously well functioning car battery, started to fall apart. When the car was delivered to us and we drove home, the battery problems started to show up. Internal electronics stopped working, and the car DID NOT START and need to be jumpstarted.When checked , the previously excellent battery had somehow become bad to the point of replacement. VERY SUSPICIOUS.When confronted, they were very rude in handling this, and tried to place the blame on us.Bad service and bad management, stay away.

Cheats, service quality horrible. Firstly never attends the customers for atleast one hour they make you wait for both taking and delivery of vehicle. They try to sell things that are not needed for you. Books too many things in bill. Also, their quality of service is worst ever. As a brand Trident has done very shabbily. Never give your vehicle for service here if you have other options.

We recently bought a car from Dakshin Honda Mysore Road.Dakshin Honda showroom is spacious, clean and tidy. They really are a one stop solution for all needs, they have team for Loans, RTO, service etc.. They did everything to make our buying experience a pleasant one.The sales executive, Mr. Pavan, a calm and composed person, did a very good job of explaining all the features of the car. He quickly answered all my questions. He was very prompt in providing test drives and during test drive he encouraged us to try different features of the car. Also he communicated realistic dates of delivery and delivered car a day early heeding to our request without any fuss. The car was ready to drive with number plate, Fast tag on the day of delivery!!Compared to my previous buying experiences from other dealers of other brands, my buying experience, right from the enquiry to purchase, was amazing here.

We are not happy with the overall service done for the first time. We have reading light inside it was not fixed and simple wire change at the wiring fixed when we did this and service center informed that switch needs to be replaced. For simple things they are asking replace complete parts which seems to costly and people who are rich can pay and get it replaced...AC making sound and he mentioned to replace the complete motor just replacing everything rather than just for minor wear and tear...Atleast they should fix the minor changes...Really not happy did left the vehicle on sunday and this is not the service we expected for 13K price that paid...

Recently I visited this showroom looking so beautiful and customer services all so very good....

Our vehicle was damaged during a minor accident. Rear bumper had to be replaced and front bonnet had to be repaired. The entire process was smoothly taken care by service representative Mr. Sanjay. Insurance claim paperwork was taken care and we just had to sign the papers. All thanks to Mr Sanjay from Honda who shared pics every now and then the repair process from workshop. Post repair&replacement, entire vehicle was polished and thanks to Mr. Tejas for doing it under complimentary service. Good attitude from the service representatives.
