Very bad service. Please do not fall for their trap. I bought a used car. It was not at all in good condition. I discovered it the hard way once I took it to company service center. A lot of parts needed immediate replacement.Also once you get the delivery they will stop responding to your calls or give you one or the other reason. They did not give me the toolkit that comes with the car, when I took the delivery of the car and promised that I will get it in 3-4 days. Since then I am calling them every week. Its almost 2 months now. Either they disconnect the call or they simply say NEXT WEEK! Best is, if you can spend money go for a new car else look for some other used car showroom

My brother bought a used ford car recently from this place.We got to know about the cars actual condition once we took it to the service center. We paid around 1.5 lakhs in the initial service since the car was not serviced in many years and many parts were not functioning properly which needed immediate change.We still have to pay another 70000 to repair the suspension and absorbs. We had to pay 50000 additionally since all 4 tyres were gone.I am sharing all these since you all should know why you should never buy used car from these places instead you can go for new car or go to a certified used car seller whom you can trust.Dont ever go to the path where we have been suffered. And still suffering...I hope this feedback will be beneficial for most of you and help you to take the wise decision before you invest your hard earned money into this.Thank you.
