Gobi Manchurian was exceptional. Also Goli bajji. Idli taste was okish. Nothing great. Chutney was too dull. Not taste at all. Sambar was good. Expected better taste from Udupi brand. Hope they will improve it.

The Udupi cafe is the first darshani in this area, that is close to Krishnaraju layout, Shahadiri layout and Panduranga Nagar. In the past, I have lived in this area for over 10 years and have seen this area grow. The Udupi cafe is by far the most uptown darshanis in this area.It does offer the standard south Indian and more appropriately the standard north Karnataka breakfast and meals. The food is generally tasty and the place is hygienic. The cost is again decent but that that driven by the area- a vada at 20 INR (Nov 2018).I would edit the review as to add more data.

This is a perfect place for quick bites. Breakfast, Lunch, tea or dinner, you can visit this place at anytime! From serving simple south indian snacks to a variety of North Indian dishes, they have it all in the menu. The best part about this place is that they have multiple payment options from cash, card to different digital payments. The staff is friendly and have a smile on their faces most of the time. Usually crowded at breakfast and lunch time. They occasionally have special items on the menu and have a separate board with that days special mentioned on it.Clean place with open kitchen so that you see how your foods made. Very cost effective, the quality and quantity is great for the price paid!

This classic South Indian restaurant offers good Breakfast items. But I felt that the Lunch they provide is not upto the mark. I think they mix soda of some sort that makes South Indian Lunch to be full. If the restaurant works on this I think this would be a good restaurant in and around the locality and many employees of various companies around the block visit here. It would be nice if they didnt adulterate food.

A place where you can taste the aromatic taste of coastal Karnataka with wide range of menu. Especially the famous Mangalore neer dose, goli bhaje, neerulli bhaje, etc. at really affordable price and rich taste. Newly built hotel. Tried almost all items. Coffe, tea, Sambar idly, vada, Ravva dosa are my fav foods here. Cash or Paytm accepted. Less parking space. Constructed in less area so No rest room. Good for quick bite. Only veg available.
