Extremely unhappy dealing with Santosh form Kaapi machines. Ive bought 3 coffee machines and grinders over the last 2 years because I liked the machines, but the service is another matter altogether. Santosh is making me jump through hoops, is rude and doesnt answer my calls. I really expected something more professional when buying such expensive equipment but will look elsewhere when it comes to our next machines
